| The advent of the Industry 5.0 era and the introduction of the Industrial Internet have promoted the upgrading of modern intelligent manufacturing technology,and the development of intelligent buildings based on 5G technology is in full swing.The BACnet open protocol is one of the most widely used protocols in building automatic control systems,and the BACnet/IP protocol framework,as the main communication control method,will have huge development potential under the rapid development of 5G communication technology.According to the standard of the BACnet protocol,the execution equipment produced by the building equipment supplier must be a BACnet standard equipment object to be connected to the BACnet/IP network.At present,the way to connect the equipment to the BACnet system is to first connect the BACnet proprietary controller,such as the intelligent actuator B-SA or the intelligent sensor B-SS,etc.,so that the connected ordinary execution equipment becomes the BACnet standard equipment.For suppliers who want to connect production execution equipment to the BACnet/IP network,the cost of development will be significantly increased.Aiming at the problem that the execution equipment produced by the building equipment supplier cannot be directly connected to the BACnet network,this thesis studies a B-SA embedded module based on the BACnet/IP protocol.into a standard BACnet device.For suppliers of building execution equipment,it provides a solution that supports the embedded module of BACnet/IP protocol and connects the connected equipment to the BACnet network,which not only reduces the technical requirements for using BACnet equipment,but also reduces the number of execution equipment.development costs.This thesis first introduces the research background of the subject,and introduces the research significance of developing this module and the current research status of BACnet equipment at home and abroad.The architecture of the IP protocol.After introducing the overall design of the module,it will be independently explained from the hardware design and software design of the module.The hardware design description includes the main control module,the Ethernet communication module and the input and output module,and the software design description includes BACnet.Object creation,BACnet/IP message sending and receiving,and module interface response.Finally,the DC electric ball valve,digital switch touch module and photosensitive module are used as the access inspection equipment,and the communication test is carried out with the BACnet test software VTS to confirm the feasibility of the module and the validity of the subject research. |
