| With the advent of Industry 4.0,the focus of users’ purchases has gradually shifted to personalized products that can meet individual needs,which drives enterprises as market players to carry out personalized product design to adapt to the competition and challenges of new markets and ensure the long-term stable and sustainable development of enterprises.In the innovative design of personalized products,whether personalized needs are met is an important criterion for measuring product satisfaction,and personalized needs can be expressed as users expecting products to have a certain function or a certain function with a certain feature.Therefore,only by correctly introducing individual requirements and clarifying the direction of personalized design in the product design process can we design new design schemes that can meet individual needs.Both the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ)and extenics encompass a wealth of knowledge of innovative product design.Although the analysis and solution tools of TRIZ theory can give product innovation direction,TRIZ theory is more abstract when applied,so designers need to reserve rich design experience and knowledge.Although extenics relies on divergence of thinking when designing innovation,its primitive model that can formalize the characteristics of things can turn abstract things into concrete ones.In personalized product design,the use of TRIZ theory inherent design knowledge can indicate the overall direction of product design,the use of extenics can not only formalize the functional characteristics expected by individual needs,but also introduce personalized needs into the product design process and guide products to personalized design.Therefore,the integrated application of the two design theories can not only complement each other’ advantages and disadvantages,but also promote the generation of personalized new product ideas.The main research content of this thesis is as follows.(1)In order to illustrate that the integrated application of extenics and TRIZ theory can not only point out the direction of product innovation and design,but also concretize abstract design problems and design ideas,a patent circumvention design method based on extenics and TRIZ theory is proposed.In addition,in order to verify that Computer Aided Innovation technology based on TRIZ theory is beneficial to designers’ understanding of knowledge of other disciplines or fields,Computer Aided Innovation technology is applied to the design process of this method.The feasibility of the design method is verified by the circumvention design of the dustless blackboard.(2)On the basis of the above,a personalized product design method based on extenics and TRIZ theory is further proposed.This method uses extenics and TRIZ theory to introduce individual needs into the product design process and guide products to innovative design in the direction of individualization.To verify the feasibility of this method,personalized product design of the femoral guide is carried out.(3)In order to meet the requirements of personalized patented products that meet the requirements of individualization and non-infringement,the above personalized product design methods are improved,and the personalized circumvention design method of patented products based on extenics and TRIZ theory is proposed,and the circumvention design of the phytosplex reset tool is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.This research takes extenics and TRIZ theory as innovation theory,and Computer Aided Innovation technology as auxiliary tool,which provides a new idea for personalized product design.Among them,the combination of extenics and TRIZ theory can not only formalize the personalized requirements into the design process,but also increase the operability of the design.The application of computer aided innovation technology helps designers to find and apply cross-field and cross-disciplinary knowledge to solve design problems,and also solves the problem of designers’ lack of experience. |
