Optimization Of Annual Leave Arrangement For Duty Personnel Of Baiyun Airport Power Company

As one of the three major domestic aviation hubs of China,Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport implements 24 hours ＆ 7 days uninterrupted operation.Due to the characteristics of the power supply system of Baiyun Airport,it is required that Baiyun Airport must be manned 24 hours on duty everyday in the terminal,comprehensive area,and power stations.There are many power supply staff on duty,when these staff take annual leave,power maintenance staff need to be on duty for them.Because the time and frequency of annual leave for power supply staff is too concentrated,there will be a shortage of maintenance staff,which will lead to the annual maintenance and technical transformation work plan cannot be advanced on schedule,and it will also cause the maintenance staff cannot take annual leave.This article is based on the operation management concept,combined with the theoretical model of operations research,and takes the optimization of the annual leave arrangement of the power supply staff on duty in Baiyun Airport Power Company as the research object.Firstly,through questionnaire surveys and employee interviews to understand the annual leave needs of power supply staff,use process analysis tools such as 5W1 H analysis method and flow chart to conduct detailed analysis of the annual leave arrangement process for power supply staff to find all existing problems.Secondly,through optimization theory,linear programming theory and queuing theory,carry out statistical analysis of the annual leave of all power supply staff.According to the needs of annual maintenance and technological transformation,establish an annual leave arrangement model.Finally,through PDCA Cycle method,the annual leave arrangement work of power supply staff is tracked and analyzed,and the coordination mechanism and guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization plan are established to ensure the implementation of various measures and continuous improvement,so that the annual leave of the power supply staff are more in line with the needs of operations and the need for employees to take vacations.The annual leave arrangement plan based on the data model in this paper can provide reference and support for the annual leave arrangement of other positions at the airport.It is not only of guiding significance for the annual leave arrangement of Baiyun Airport Power Company,but also of reference significance for the annual leave arrangement of duty positions commonly existing in civil aviation airports.It is also of practical significance to resolve the contradiction between the annual leave arrangements and work for the employees on duty.
