| International settlement services are an integral part of modern airport ground services.In some companies that provide ground services to airports,there is a business room that specializes in international settlement services.This business room is called the international settlement room.Most of the employees in the International Settlement Room are employees of the International Settlement Post.Their job content is mainly to handle excess baggage payment,upgrade payment,refunds and other expenses-related services for passengers preparing to board the plane.The quality of international settlement services affects the travel experience of passengers,which in turn affects airport operations.In order to ensure the quality of international settlement services,the generation of the on-duty schedule for the employees of the international settlement post is one of the issues that must be considered.In the past,airports used to manually generate on-duty schedule for employees of international settlement posts for a long time.However,due to the characteristics of large fluctuations in staff demand at different times throughout the day and unfixed service locations,many factors need to be considered when generating on-duty schedule for this post.It takes a lot of time to generate the on-duty schedule manually.In addition,it is difficult to guarantee the superiority of the on-duty schedule generated by humans.In order to automatically generate an optimized international settlement duty schedule,this thesis uses a three-step approach to obtain an international settlement duty schedule that can meet service requirements,and considers ensuring fairness,maintaining comfort,and maintaining proficiency.The specific research content of this thesis is as follows:First,this thesis conducts an in-depth analysis of the work content and characteristics of the international settlement post.After consulting many references related to the generation of the on-duty schedule,this thesis decides to use the three-phase on-duty schedule generation method of first determining the manpower requirements,then designing the shifts,and finally assigning the employees to shifts.Then,in the part of designing shifts,this thesis integrates the manpower demand curve required for shift design based on the forecast results in the previous part,and establishes two mathematical models of shift working time design model and shift service location assignment model to solve the shift design problem.After using the Gurobi solver to solve the two mathematical models,a shift design scheme with service location information is obtained.The comparison with the manual shift design scheme shows the superiority of the shift design method in this thesis.Finally,in the part of shift assignment,this thesis establishes a shift assignment model for the international settlement room that can maintain the proficiency of employees,and uses the Gurobi solver to solve it.By analyzing the results of shift assignment,it can be considered that the mathematical model can generate shift assignment results that guarantee fairness,comfort,and maintain the proficiency of employees.Combining the experimental results of each part of this thesis can show that the series of on-duty schedule generation methods proposed in this thesis for the international settlement room can realize the automatic generation of optimized international settlement on-duty schedule. |
