China Zhongyuan International Engineering Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "CZEC")is the length of the whole industrial chain chain of China National Nuclear Corporation Limited(hereinafter referred to as "CNNC").The independently developed "Hualong One" nuclear power project has fully entered the critical period of project management.With the vigorous development of the national construction of nuclear power and nuclear power project management Higher quality requirements,longer construction cycles,and a different mix of people involved in the management of nuclear power projects than in the traditional construction industry,,resulting in performance appraisal management,project the particularity of high relevance,therefore in order to better promote nuclear power project management progress,the successful completion of the engineering major task node,It is necessary to establish a performance appraisal optimization program that pays more attention to strong motivation,enthusiasm and creativity.This thesisn takes the staff of Pakistan Nuclear Power Engineering Project Department in Zhongyuan,China as the research object and conducts in-depth research on the following problems.The first part briefly describes the content related to this research topic,research background and significance,research ideas and content,the framework of the paper.In the second part,it briefly summarizes the performance appraisal related theories needed in the research process,including OKR,BSC,etc.After comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of classical theories of performance appraisal and the scope of application types,method feasibility study,and finally the combination of BSC and OKR is selected.As the theoretical basis to support the optimization of the project department staff performance appraisal scheme.The third part introduces the general situation,organizational structure and performance appraisal status of the project department in detail.The performance appraisal is studied and analyzed by questionnaire survey and interview status of the target group,so as to fully expose the problems and causes existing in the current performance appraisal plan.The fourth part,with BSC as the starting point,analyzes the strategic objectives of the project department from its four dimensions,decompositions and details the performance assessment objectives of the project department based on the actual situation,and determines the OKR setting system and evaluation criteria.The fifth part,by organization guarantee,system guarantee and culture guarantee as the strong starting point,designs the implementation and safeguard measures of the project department’s performance appraisal program optimization to ensure the smooth progress of the program.Finally,the paper is evaluated and summarized,and the future research prospects are put forward.The thesis is evaluated and summarized,and the future research direction is prospected.
