| The liquidity of an enterprise is like the blood circulation system of the living body.Only with normal liquidity can the business activity and development vitality of the enterprise be guaranteed.At present,the global supply chain and industrial chain continue to be turbulent,and enterprises need a good development status to cope with risks and challenges.Therefore,enterprises need to continuously optimize liquidity to ensure continuous and healthy operations.QM Co.,Ltd.is a private manufacturing enterprise in the growth stage,mainly engaged in the recycling and manufacturing of battery materials.With the rapid surge in market demand for battery cathode materials,QM Co.,Ltd.is currently undergoing business expansion,enhancing competitiveness and integrating into the global industrial chain.Due to its rapid growth stage,the company is committed to industrial upgrading and consolidating its existing industrial advantages,investing a large amount of funds on the asset side for asset investment,and borrowing a large amount of borrowed funds on the liability side to meet development needs.The deadlines do not match,the company lacks a systematic liquidity management system and culture,the current liquidity situation is not good,and there are great hidden risks in sustainable operations.In view of the poor liquidity situation of QM Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies the capital,assets and liabilities related to liquidity,and proposes a liquidity optimization strategy from the perspective of management.This paper takes QM Co.,Ltd.as a research example,collects research materials by visiting cooperative institutions,and uses second-hand data for quantitative analysis.Through the research,it is found that the main reasons for the current liquidity situation are poor capital management,weak asset liquidity,and poor debt structure,and then proposed to strengthen capital management based on capital budget and process control,improve credit management based on the perspective of supply chain,optimize liability management based on risk control,and solve the current liquidity problems.At the same time,by building an innovative organization with optimized liquidity management,establishing a liquidity management performance evaluation system,building an information management system,strengthening the introduction and training of talents,and ensuring the implementation of the liquidity optimization strategy.Good liquidity is an important manifestation of enterprise competitiveness.Based on the business situation of the enterprise,this paper proposes a feasible strategy for the liquidity optimization of QM Co.,Ltd.from the perspective of liquidity management,which can provide a reference for the operation and management of the enterprise,and at the same time,it can be used for the liquidity management and optimization of related enterprises in the domestic battery material industry.Provide pilot examples. |
