| The development of the economic market has provided impetus for urbanization,it has put forward new requirements for urban management in the process of urbanization at once.However,as to the construction of urban pipelines,direct buried urban pipelines are increasingly showing some drawbacks.The urban utility tunnel centrally places and manages all types of urban power,telecommunications,natural gas,water supply and drainage pipes,and establishes a special entrance,hoisting port,ventilation and monitoring system for the tunnel space below the city,which has played a role in urban upgrading and development.Crucial role.This paper summarizes the commonly used ventilation forms of the utility tunnel.Using CFD software,a detailed study of the ventilation and heat dissipation rules in the power cabins of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors is conducted.Based on an on-site in-depth investigation of a comprehensive pipe corridor in Xi’an,ICEM was used to establish a 200m-long standard power cabin numerical model,and Fluent was used to study the ventilation and heat dissipation of the urban utility tunnel.In this paper,a theoretical analysis of the electric heat dissipation of the electrical cabin of the underground urban utility tunnelis carried out.Based on the theory of advanced heat transfer and advanced fluid mechanics,the soil boundary conditions around the electric cabin of the underground urban utility tunnel are modeled.The soil range that maintains the temperature balance around the pipe corridor is determined,which lays the foundation for ventilation and heat dissipation inside the pipe corridor.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the ventilation and heat dissipation in the electric cabin of the underground utility tunnel is studied and analyzed.Taking a comprehensive underground utility tunnel in xi ’an city as an example,the results are as follows: for the electric uility tunnel with large heat loss,the air change times of 2 times/hour in summer will lead to overheatingtemperature at the end of the corridor,which cannot meet the requirements of the specification;Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the ventilation times above 4 times /h can meet the normal comprehensive ventilation and heat dissipation requirements of the urban utility tunnel in summer In this paper,the ventilation characteristics of the electric utility tunnel are studied,and the pressure difference in the pipe gallery under different ventilation conditions is analyzed.Under the condition of satisfying the ventilation and heat dissipation,the optimal ventilation form is recommended based on the investment and operating cost.Finally,it is hoped that the research results of this topic can provide a certain reference for the operation and management of the power cabin of the underground electric utility tunnel in Xi’an. |
