From the beginning of 2019,due to the national new energy vehicle industry subsidy policy significantly regression,traditional fuel vehicle price promotion and other factors,the sales performance of many best-selling models of BAIC New Energy Company fell off a cliff,completely lost the sales champion,enterprise development is facing severe challenges.Based on the theory of enterprise competitive advantage,this paper makes every effort to explore the enterprise competitive strategy to push BAIC New Energy Company to break through the situation under the new situation and fight its way out in the fierce market competition.First of all,analyze the existing competition strategy and existing problems of BAIC New Energy Company.Then,the macro environment of BAIC New Energy Company is analyzed by using PEST framework,and the industry competition situation of BAIC New Energy Company is analyzed based on Porter’s Five Forces model.At the same time,the internal environment of the company is analyzed from the perspectives of finance,procurement,marketing,production capacity and research and development.Finally,using the SWOT analysis method,accurately summarizes the Beijing new energy companies face the opportunities and challenges,as well as their advantages and disadvantages,establish a SWOT analysis matrix,according to the system as a whole,market oriented,self-sufficient itself,look"benchmarking of the basic principles,fully consider the current industry development,the characteristics of the transition from growth stage to mature stage Based on the short-term and long-term,the development of multi-dimensional,multi-level organic combination enterprise competition strategy,for BAIC New Energy Company’s business practice to provide a certain reference,but also for other domestic brand new energy vehicle manufacturing enterprises to cope with global competition to provide a certain beneficial reference and inspiration.
