| With the country’s increased efforts to build new infrastructure such as 5G networks,artificial intelligence,and data centers,data centers are moving toward modularization and green energy conservation.The indoor environment characteristics of the data center require air-conditioning equipment to ensure the stability,cleanliness,temperature and humidity of the environment.Research on energy-saving air conditioners based on natural cooling sources has become the main direction.This paper systematically sorts out the application types of indirect evaporative coolers in the data center,analyzes the structure of the flow channel,material selection,and water distribution methods,and proposes that the dew point indirect evaporative cooling has a large temperature drop,and the plate-fin structure is widely used.The data center can use plate fins Indirect evaporative cooler with dew point of the structure.Then conduct experiments on ways to ensure the efficiency of the dew point indirect evaporative cooler,including contact angle test,spray cloth water and spray cloth water test.The contact angle of the polymer material,metal aluminum foil material,and polymer fiber material was tested through the contact angle experiment.The result was that the polymer material>90°>metal aluminum foil material>polymer fiber material=0°,and the hydrophilic result was polymer fiber Material>Metal aluminum foil material>Polymer material.Through spray water distribution experiment,demonstrate the material wettability,analyze and improve the uniform water distribution time and installation height.The experimental method of the spray cloth water form is to select the nozzles of the model number 02#,03#,05#,the spray time is 30 s,120s,300 s,and the experiment is carried out on the three materials.Analyze the effect of water distribution,and analyze the wettability as polymer fiber material> metal aluminum foil material> polymer material,which is consistent with the conclusion of the contact angle experiment.The recommended water distribution time and installation height of each nozzle of the three materials are: polymer material 02# and 03#nozzle water distribution time can choose 120s~300s,installation height 100 mm,05# nozzle water distribution time can choose 30s~120s,installation height 160 mm,when the water distribution time is 300 s,the installation height is 100 mm.Metal aluminum foil material 02#nozzle water distribution time can choose 120s~300s,installation height 220 mm,03#,05#nozzle water distribution time can choose 30s~120s,installation height is 200 mm,160mm.Polymer fiber material 02# nozzle water distribution time can choose 120s~300s,installation height 220 mm,03# nozzle water distribution time can choose 30s~120s,installation height200 mm,when water distribution time is 300 s installation height 100 mm,05# nozzle Not recommended for use.Experimental analysis of spray cloth water The overall height of the three materials is100 mm.The height of the polymer fiber material can be reduced,or the nozzle can be added to remove the dry spots.Finally,the integrated high-efficiency refrigeration air conditioner based on the dew point indirect evaporative cooler applied in the data center is designed and developed.The new return air is used to deal with the return air.The flow channel structure is a combination of cross flow and counter flow,and the heat exchange efficiency is higher.The heat exchange efficiency is tested through experiments.When the return air temperature is 26℃,the wet bulb efficiency in drying conditions reaches about 100%,the supply air temperature is 21℃,and when the return air temperature is 35℃,the wet bulb efficiency in drying conditions reaches 120%,the temperature drop is 16℃.Analyze its applicability and find that the dew point indirect evaporative cooling technology is more suitable in dry areas.The dew point indirect evaporative cooling mode has a long use time and a high energy efficiency ratio.The energy saving effect is obvious.The auxiliary mechanical cooling can be applied to high humidity areas,making the unit in the data The center is more widely used.This paper has a total of 70 pictures,17 tables,and 62 references. |
