Chinese jujube(Zizyphus jujube Mill.) is a Chinese characteristic economic fruit tree. In recent years, rapid development in southern Xinjiang, to obtain good economic benefits, there are some problems such as varieties of weak foundation, fresh and dry dual-purpose breeds rule all the land, the lack of excellent germplasm. In view of this, more than100Chinese Jujube Cultivars in this study is deposited in the Tarim University Jujube Germplasm Resources Garden and South Xinjiang fruit germplasm repository as test materials, analyzed the genetic variation of agronomic traits, classification and put forward the reference variety, evaluation of the fresh jujube and jujube nutrients and commercial application of grey correlation degree overall, the initial construction of the core collection of jujube resources The main results were as follows:1. Date of quantitative traits genetic diversity more abundant resources, including kernel rate and thorn length biggest variation, variation coefficients of75.06% and62.38%respectively, the flowers diameter variation amplitude, the minimum is only8.2%, is relatively stable traits.2. Total of28quantitative traits such as thickness of extension shoot, length of extension shoot, length of internode, secondary shoot internode, length of bearing shoot, leaf on bearing shoot, leaf vertical length, leaf cross diameter, leaf shape index, leaf thickness, leaf area, f percentage of total fruits to bearing shoots, flower diameter, soluble sugar, starch, acid, Vc, protein, chroma, hue value, shade, color ratio, single fruit weight, dried ratio of fruit, fruit shape index, stone shape index, total soluble solids were accord with normal distribution, length of secondary shoot and ratio of kernel does not conform to normal distribution.3. Based on30quantitative traits and9quality traits, we classify jujube resources and provide the reference varieties at all levels. Selected a group of characteristic resources, have higher soluble sugar content were:houtouzao, damuzao, zanhuangdazao, junzao, huizao, have higher Vc content were: hengyangzhenzhuzao, junzao, baodeyouzao, yanchuan tiaozao, lingzao.4. From all jujube resource, we selected ten kinds of fresh cultivars through grey relational analysis, they are yongjijidanzao, lenbaiyu, jinaiyihao, binglangzao, jinmangguozao,shandonglizao, fengmiguanzao, zaocuiwang,Shandongpingguo-zao,jinlingyuanzao; we selected out ten kinds of jujube cultivars for dry. They were:huizao,habazao, junzao, sanbianhong, damuzao,hetaowen, heigeda, fushuai, shidingzao,xiangzao;In these jujube resources, nutrient quality and appearance quality performance of these species is excellent.5. Through correlation analysis of23quantitative characters of Chinese jujube, a total of53pairs of characters have different degree of correlation.6. Construct contains20varieties of Chinese jujube of the primary core collection, through the inspection of core samples, the mean core germplasm line rate of96.4%, the standard deviation of line rate of93.15%, variation coefficient of coincidence rate reaches93.83%, the core collection in accordance with the requirements of the core germplasm.
