| In this study,a total of 415 wild Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruits for the material that collected from 6 provinces and 24 counties(17 counties in Guizhou Province)were used as materials,many characteristics of the fruit quality of Rosa roxburghii Tratt were measured,such as single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter and Transverse diameter,total soluble solid,titratable acidity,total soluble sugar,vitamin C,total flavone etc,to screening resources ofRosa roxburghii Tratt advanced selections.On this basis,the relationship of main quality indicators was studied using the method of correlation analysis,principal component analysis.Scientific grading standards was established using probability classification.In addition,correlation of the Vc,flavonoid content and the altitude was discussed.The main results are described as followings.1.The 415 wild Rosa roxburghii fruits were collected from 6 provinces and 24counties(17 counties in Guizhou Province),such as Guizhou,Sichuan,Hunan,Chongqing etc.The elevation range was 250m~1920m.The analysis shows fruit weight was the largest,an average of about 14.04g in Fuquan;The highest titratable acid content was 1.02%in Junlian of Sichuan;The highest soluble solids and Vc contents were 14.07%and 2298.37mg·100g-1in Zunyi;The highest total soluble sugar content was 12.94%in Mianning of Sichuan;Flavonoids in Hanzhong was the highest,an average of it was 1.009%.There are many highlighted quality of the sample.Vc in sample of ZY-22 and ZY-14 was 3374.82mg·100g-1and 3210.04 mg·100g-1in Zunyi;TF in sample of QX-15 was 1.8%in Qianxi.The varied of coefficient of variation was between 14.61%and 40.76%in different region.The Correlation analysis of Quality Index showed that SSo and SSu,SSo/TA,SSu/TA,Vc were significant positive correlation,correlation coefficients were0.57,0.61,0.20,0.26.TA and SSo/TA,SSu/TA,were significant negative correlation coefficients were 0.78,0.45.TF and SSo,Vc were as same as above,but correlation coefficients less than 0.25.2.The index of fruit quality evaluation had FW,SSo,SSo/TA,Vc,TF after simplifying.In different distribution the fruit quality of Rosa roxburghii Tratt in descending order was Zunyi>Anlong>Suiyang>Huishui>shiqian>pingba>Icheon>Xingyi>Panxian>Zhijin>Public>Luodian>mianning>Zhuchang>Fuquan>Hanzhong>Bijie>Chongqing>Guzhang>Huaxi>junlian>Huayuan>Qianxi>Qinglong.The samples of outstanding fruit quality had ZY-21,ZY-18,ZY-22,ZY-9,ZY-23 in Zunyi.The samples of comprehensive excellent quality had ZY-14,ZY-1,ZY-13,PX-11,PX-26,AL-4,FQ-18,BJ-1and QX-1.3.The Correlation analysis of altitude and Vc,TF showed that the average content of Vc in Rosa roxburghii Tratt was 1900 mg·100g-1 in 600m~850m and1600m~1700m;The lower Vc was 1300 mg·100g-1 in less than 600m;For the rest of altitude(<1920m)range,the average of Vc was 1600mg·100g-1.The high levels of TF in Rosa roxburghii Tratt was more than 0.8%in altitude of 250m~800m and1800m~1920m.In the rest of the altitude range,An average of TF about 0.66%.With the rise of altitude,Vc and TF were respectively"M"and"W"type. |
