Jasmine[Jasminum Sambac(L.)Ait]obtusifolium jasmine,is one of the most important fragrant plants,widely used in scenting tea.In this study,27 species jasmine and related species as the test materials,the micro morphology analysis in agronomic traits,leaf and pollen of different light condition,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics analysis of flowering and different light condition.The main results are as follows:1.Through the investigation and study on the agronomic characters of the jasmine and its relative species,the results showed that the length of petiole,the logarithm of the lateral vein,the length of the internode,the number of the calyx,and the height of the pistil and stamen were the important factors to distinguish the resources of the cultivars.The coefficient of variation of agronomic traits of jasmine and its relative species was 22%-269%;and the difference of leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,leaf shape index and the number of lateral veins between the cultivars and the related species reached a significant level.Jasmine varieties of larger leaf,leaf area of 10.23~33.74cm2,for the middle class,of which Jsambac ’ Ait.Taiwandanban’is a large class of single jasmine,jasmine and related species in smaller leaves and leaf area of 1.20~22.87cm2,lobular class to the middle class,including Jofficinale’ Linn’,J.polyanthum ’Franch’,J.guangxiense‘Miao in Bull.Bot.Res’,J.officinale’Aurea’,J.multiflorum ’(Burm.f.)Andr’,J.multiflorum(Burm.f)Andr’,J.mesnyi’Hance’,Jnudiflorum ’Lind’,J.floridum ’Hance’.2.By observing the microstructure of the leaves and pollen of the jasmine and the related species,it was found that the coefficient of variation of the micro morphological characters of the leaf of jasmine and related species was from 11.18%~156.71%.Coefficient of variation of pollen micromorphology 0~104.08%.Leaf stomatal density of The jasmine and its relative species is 95.38~490.22No./mm2,stomatal length is 6.74~20.69μm,stomatal width is 1.40~4.27μm,stomatal length width ratio is 2.47~6.42,the length of guard cells is 13.13~28.27μm,7.49~17.16μm as the guard cell width,ratio of length to width of guard cell was 1.35~2.17,hair length by rank:J.multiflorum ’(Burm.f)Andr’ Jmultiflorum(Burm.f)Andr’,J.officinale’Aurea,J.auriculatum ’Vahl’,J.nudiflorum ’Lind’,J multiflorum’(Burm.f.)Andr’,J.polyanthum ’Franch’ J.mesnyi ’ Hance’J.guangxiense ’Miao in Bull.Bot.Res’,other varieties are glabrous.The shape of pollen is long spherical,and the surface ornamentation of the pollen grain is reticulate carving.The germination hole is N3P4C3 or N4P4C3.The pollen polar axis length is 33.57~51.72μm,the equatorial axis length is 20.53~33.35μm,the ridge width is 0.50-0.86μm,the mesh length is 1.99-6.04μm,the mesh width is 1.14-3.72μm.Through the principal component analysis showed that the stomatal guard cell length,guard cell,hair length,index mesh length,pollen germination hole type,AMB,P/E is an important factor to judge between jasmine and its relative species.3.Through the jasmine species and leaf anatomical structure analysis,the results showed that the leaf thickness is 128.24~326.73μm,the upper epidermis thickness of 13.69~29.72μm,the lower epidermis thickness is 9.17-16.84μm,the thickness of palisade tissue was 15.59~100.83μm,spongy tissue thickness is 46.19-169.81μm.The differences of leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,spongy tissue thickness,and the thickness of the epidermis and the thickness of the spongy tissue were significantly different between the cultivars and the related species.Based on the principal component analysis on leaf traits and floral traits showed that the sponge tissue thickness,structure compactness,thickness of upper epidermis is an important factor to judge between jasmine and its relative species.4.Through the green,yellow light,red light,blue light and red blue violet light of different wavelength LED plant growth light treatment,to investigate the effects of different light qualities on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of jasmine,the experimental results show that the jasmine in the blue violet red,blue and red light conditions,jasmine plants can maintain a high rate of electron transfer,blue light treatment Jasmine apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR)was significantly higher than other treatments,is conducive to the growth of jasmine.In winter,30 ℃,75%humidity,light intensity is 15001x environmental conditions,blue violet,red and blue light treatment can promote the early flowering jasmine;the blue violet jasmine blossoms the largest number,followed by red and blue and red light green light treatment effect,not flowering.
