| At present, the problem of land fragmentation in China is more serious. The assessment of arable land fragmentation and the potential for comprehensive improvement of arable land fragmentation are increasingly valued. In this study, the land remediation project area in Henan Province was taken as the research object, and the basic data was obtained by combining the field survey with the peasant household survey.Arc GIS 10.0 spatial analysis was used for data processing, and the comprehensive index method was used to analyze the characteristics and effects of the arable land fragmentation. The degree of fragmentation and the potential of fine-grained remediation are systematically empirically studied. The main research contents and results are as follows.(1)Analyze the status actuality of land fragmentation and its effect. From the perspective of cultivated plots, the area of cultivated plots is mainly distributed between 0-0.5 hectares. The arable land is more fragmented and is not suitable for large-scale mechanized cultivation. The density of cultivated land in the project area is relatively large, with a distribution of 1-3 within each hectare. From the perspective of farm plots,78.05% of rural households in the project area have an average of more than one plot of cultivated land. The arable land area of farmers is mainly concentrated between 0.8-1 hectares. From the perspective of the infrastructure of the plots, the average accessibility of field roads is 64%,and the convenience of the plots needs to be improved. The mechanization level is mainly concentrated between 25%and 50%,and the level of mechanization is low. There are both positive and negative effects on the effect of crushing of cultivated land. The positive effects are mainly on promoting the diversified cultivation of cultivated land, reducing agricultural risks, and promoting regional ecological balance;the negative effects mainly result in low land use efficiency, hindering agricultural scale operation, and increasing agriculture.Production input costs.(2)Evaluation of the crushing degree of cultivated land. This study constructed an evaluation system for crushing cultivated land with 10 indicators at three levels.According to its order of importance,it was ranked as: land mass density, number of farmland per, block average cultivated land area, land mass fragmentation index, and water conservancy facilities.Accessibility, maximum plot index, road accessibility, plot shape evaluation index, average cultivated area per,and plot separation. The index comprehensive index was defined by index standardization and entropy weight method, and the crushing of cultivated land was divided into 5 levels. The corresponding degrees were: V grade is extremely finely divided,IV grade is heavily-fragmented,III grade is moderately fragmented, and II grade is slightly finely divided and I grade is slightly finely divided. The results showed that the comprehensive index of the crushing of cultivated land in the project area was distributed between 0.098 and 0.918.According to the classification standard of the grades, the crushing degree of the cultivated land was distributed on all five levels, and the crushing degree of the cultivated land was mainly concentrated in Grades III and II.At the same time,it accounted for 81.70% of the total, that is,the degree of fine crushing of cultivated land was dominated by moderately finely divided and lightly fragmented, which accounted for 41.46% and 40.24% of the total finely divided.Through a comprehensive evaluation of the crushing of cultivated land in the county where each project area is located,it is concluded that the comprehensive index value of the counties where the project area is located is between 0.236 and0.822,and the standards are divided according to the degree of fragmentation of cultivated land, and are distributed in four grade areas, including severe crushing. In terms of the degree of fine crushing of cultivated land, only one project area is located in the prefecture where the crushing degree of cultivated land is Class I,which is a minor degree of fragmentation; The grading degree of cultivated land in the county where the 14 project areas are located is Class II,which belongs to the lightly fragmented area;the crushing degree of the cultivated land in the county where the 18 project areas are located is Class III,which belongs to the moderately fragmented area;the counties where the three project areas are located are finely crushed The degree of IV is classified into severely fragmented areas.(3)Cultivated land fragmentation types.According to the conditions of natural geographical location and economic development level,it is divided into 5 types of districts.Due to the influence of natural geographical conditions, there are differences in the degree of fragmentation in various types of areas. The piedmont plain area has a low degree of fragmentation and is mainly dominated by mild fragmentation. The regional differences in the degree of fragmentation in the low-lying plain area are relatively obvious.Because of the relatively low topography, waterlogging disasters are likely to occur. The degree of fine-grainedness in the region is mainly moderately fragmented.Although the terrain of Huanghuai Plain is relatively flat, due to the effect of small landforms such as butterfly depressions, the fragmentation of the cultivated land within the area spans a large area. The degree of fragmentation covers both the extremely finely divided area and the slightly finely divided area. The degree of fine crushing is mainly based on mild fine crushing. The arable land in the hilly area of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is very fragmented.Because of the influence of the topography, there are large regional differences, and the degree of fragmentation is mainly moderately fragmented.Since the Loess Plateau hilly region is located in the hilly and hilly area, the arable land is very fragmented. The degree of grading of cultivated land is more serious than that of other regions, and it is mainly based on moderately fragmented and heavily fragmented.(4)Analyze the potential of fine crushing and rectification of cultivated land.Through the fragmentation and improvement of the project area, the new cultivated land area will be 1,6310.99 hectares and the new grain production capacity will be6,703,300 kilograms. The average newly-added arable land area is 453.08 hectares and the average new grain production capacity is 1861.75 kilograms. The most newly added arable land is Song County, which belongs to severely fragmented areas, increasing arable land by 1836 hectares, accounting for 11.26% of the total newly-added arable land;followed by Xun County and Yuzhou, belonging to moderately fragmented areas, increasing arable land by 1768.14 hectares and 1727.04 hectares, which account for 10.84% and 10.59% of the total increase in cultivated land, respectively.Luyi County, which has less new cultivated land,is a slightly fragmented area with an area of 90.45 hectares, which accounts for 0.55% of the new cultivated area. The largest increase in grain production capacity is in Yuzhou City, which belongs to the moderately finely-divided area. The new grain production capacity is 9089.31 kilograms, accounting for 13.56% of the total new grain production capacity.Although Song County is a heavily fragmented area,it is located in a hilly area with relatively low capacity for new grain production, indicating that fine-grained remediation is not only affected by the degree of fragmentation, but also affected by geographical and natural conditions. The least newly added grain production capacity is Luyi County, which belongs to a slightly fragmented area. The newly added grain production capacity is only 2.06 kilograms, and the degree of arable land is small. Therefore, the potential for new grain production capacity is also small.Relatively speaking, severely fragmented areas are mostly located in mountainous and hilly areas, affected by the geographical and natural environment, and their new grain production capacity is not large;while in the moderately fragmented areas, they are mostly located in the low plains of the plains, and their remediation potential Larger;and mild, slightly fragmented areas, mostly located in the flat plain area, which can increase the arable land less, the potential for new grain production capacity is also less. |
