The grassland degradation in Qinghai ecological protection area is more obvious,which poses a great threat to the ecological security of the region and even the whole country.At present,the driving factors of grassland ecosystem change and their influence mechanism are not clear.However,the data of various driving factors obtained by grassland monitoring and other means are large in volume,diverse in source and different in structure.Therefore,the integration of heterogeneous data of alpine grassland ecosystem is realized,and the main driving factors of grassland degradation in Qinghai province and the relationship between them are studied based on the integration of heterogeneous data of alpine grassland ecosystem.It is of great significance for the development of ecological protection and sustainable development of animal husbandry in Qinghai Province.Qinghai Province was selected as the research area,and the HDFS distributed file storage module in the Hadoop distributed system was used to realize the integration of the alpine grassland ecosystem data.On this basis,we selected the Chengduo County as the experimental area,and used the big data mining FP-growth algorithm and the lifting degree algorithm to analyze the grassland vegetation coverage,grassland edible capacity,plant height in different climate change,rodent damage and different degrees of grazing conditions.The dynamic changes produced under this result are the correlation rules and correlation analysis results between grassland degradation and grassland degradation factors.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper finds that the HDFS distributed file storage system based on Hadoop distributed framework can effectively solve the storage problem of multi-source and heterogeneous alpine grassland ecosystem data.(2)Using FP-growth algorithm to calculate the correlation degree of grassland degradation,it is said that the most direct factor set of low grassland vegetation coverage in Chengduo County is lower temperature and the number of livestock is medium.It is said that the lower height of aboveground plants in Chengduo County is the result of four factors:medium population,moderate temperature,precipitation,and higher livestock.It is said that the lower edible food of the grassland in Chengduo County is the result of the combination of three factors: higher temperature,higher number of rodents and higher number of livestock.(3)Using Pearson correlation analysis,the effects of climate change,rodent and grazing intensity on grassland were significantly different.The correlation of grassland degradation was analyzed by the degree of lift,and the lower vegetation coverage was negatively correlated with temperature and precipitation.The lower vegetation coverage was positively correlated with rodents and livestock.The lower food intake was negatively correlated with temperature and population.The lower is positively correlated with livestock;the lower height of the aboveground plants is positively correlated with the number of livestock.
