| The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of water soluble APP with metal ions(Abbr.as APP~MI)and water soluble MAP with metal ions(Abbr.as MAP~MI)on the growth of corn and eggplant.The following 4 pot experiments were carried out with lateritic soil and calcareous soil as test soils and industrial grade monoammonium phosphate and polyammonium phosphate as controls.1)The effects of APP~MI and MAP~MI on the growth of corn on lateritic soil and calcareous soil were compared.CK(without phosphorus application),industrial-grade MAP,MAP~MI,APP and APP~MI were respectively set on lateritic soil and calcareous soil totally 5 treatments.2)The effects of APP~MI and MAP~MI on the growth of eggplant in paddy soil were compared.3)The effects of secondary and trace elements of APP~MI on the growth of corn on calcareous soil and the effects of secondary and trace elements of MAP~MI on the growth of corn on lateritic soil were studied.CK(without phosphorus application),industrial-grade MAP,MAP~MI,MAP~MI+Mg+B +Zn,MAP~MI+Mg,MAP~MI+Zn and MAP~MI+B were arranged on the lateritic soil.At the same time,CK(without phosphorus application),APP,APP~MI,APP~MI+B +Zn,APP~MI+Zn and APP~MI+B were set on calcareous soil,with a total of 6 treatments.4)The effects of appropriate addition of magnesium and zinc in MAP~MI on maize growth were explored.Seven treatments including MAP~MI,MAP~MI+ 0.3%Mg,MAP~MI+0.6%Mg,MAP~MI+0.9%Mg,MAP~MI+0.05%Zn,MAP~MI +0.1%Zn and MAP~MI+0.15%Zn were set on lateritic soil.The results are as follows:1)MAP~MI and APP~MI had significant effects on maize seedling growth.The MAP~MI increased the plant height and dry weight of maize on the lateritic soil,and promoted the uptake of NPK and the accumulation of above-ground calcium,magnesium,iron,manganese,zinc and boron.APP~MI could better promote the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,iron and manganese,as well as the plant height and dry weight above ground in calcareous soil.The results showed that the MAP~MI on lateritic soil had excellent effects on corn growth,and the APP~MI on calcareous soil significantly promoted the growth of corn.2)MAP~MI and APP~MI promoted the growth of eggplant on paddy soil,but there was no significant difference.The results showed that secondary and trace elements in the background soil with high nutrient content met the growth needs of eggplant,while APP~MI and MAP~MI had no significant effect on the growth of eggplant.3)in lateritic soil,MAP~MI promoted the growth of maize and the absorption of nutrients by plants,thus achieving yield increase.However,the addition of magnesium,zinc and boron to the MAP~MI had no significant effect on the growth and nutrient absorption of maize.In calcareous soil,APP~MI promoted the growth of corn and the absorption of nutrients by plants,but the addition of zinc and boron had no significant effect on the growth of corn.Zinc addition alone promoted the absorption of zinc and phosphorus in maize.It shows that the original trace elements in APP~MI and MAP~MI are enough for the growth of maize seedling period,but the content of boron should be reduced,and the reduction remains to be further explored. |
