The afforestation and greening industry has formed a large-scale industrialized market,and the development of landscaping enterprises and the professional market of afforestation and seedlings are becoming more mature.In recent years,the extraordinary development of urban ecological and environmental construction in Heyuan City has stimulated the rapid expansion of the urban seedling industry.There are many funds invested in the construction of garden cities,the demand for seedlings is increasing,the planting scale of seedlings is expanding,and the overall structure is developing in a good direction.How to effectively grasp the market situation and demand trend of seedlings is an important thinking direction for seedling enterprises and growers.Therefore,in the production of seedlings,we strive to carry out scientific planning and management,not blindly follow the trend,timely communication of information between supply and demand,and accelerate technological reform.Accelerate the construction of a supply and demand platform for the seedling market.The supply of seedlings in Heyuan City has been increasing year by year,and the scale and quality of production are also at the forefront of Guangdong.However,with the deep adjustment of the economic structure,the market structure,production and sales situation,supply and demand relationship and trading methods of the seedling industry have also undergone great changes.In order to make the seedling market in Heyuan City develop more steadily,on the basis of fully understanding the current situation of seedling production and market supply of supply enterprises,analyze the problems existing in the supply and demand of green seedlings and the subjective and objective factors affecting the supply of seedlings,in order to realize the development of seedling industry.Reasonable planning.First of all,this paper summarizes the existing research on the three aspects of the production,supply and supply and demand of afforestation seedlings.Secondly,it defines three concepts of seedlings,green seedlings and afforestation seedlings,and expounds the relevant content of supply theory and externality theory,which provides theoretical basis for this study.Then,through the market survey questionnaire,this paper collects andanalyzes the current situation of urban greening and nursery stock market in Heyuan City.Through market research,it understands the overall production and supply of afforestation and seedlings in Heyuan City,and the distribution of green seedlings.Through the establishment of the Tobit model,the empirical analysis of the impact of price,cost,information circulation,policy system and operational risk on the supply of green seedlings.Finally,from the aspects of technology and management,we will explore the improvement space of the development of seedling market in Heyuan City,and put forward suggestions for promoting the development of afforestation and seedlings in Heyuan City.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)The supply and supply of afforestation seedlings in Heyuan City has increased,and the variety is diversified,but the matching with market demand is not high.(2)The development prospects of afforestation and green seedling market in Heyuan City are good.Under the condition of urban greening demand,the price trend will rise steadily.(3)The afforestation and seedling enterprises in Heyuan City are mainly private nursery enterprises,most of which are management nurseries,and the supply structure is similar.(4)Based on the survey data of 32 afforestation seedlings supply enterprises in Heyuan City,the Tobit regression model was constructed.The analysis results showed that production cost,price fluctuation,information circulation and operational risk were the main factors that significantly affected the current supply of afforestation seedlings in Heyuan City.However,due to the current imperfect policies and policies regarding the supply of seedlings in Heyuan City and even in Guangdong Province,enterprises’ perceptions of policy systems have not had a substantial impact on their production decisions.(5)In order to promote the effective supply of afforestation and seedlings in Heyuan City,it is necessary to vigorously promote the following measures: reduce production costs;stabilize price fluctuations;speed up information circulation;increase policy support;and reduce operational risks.
