| Rice,wheat and corn,also known as the world’s three major food crops,play a pivotal role in world food production.Rice is one of the main food crops in China.At present,China’s rice production ranks first in the world.Community experiment breeding is an important method to cultivate good varieties.At present,China’s rice community breeding methods are relatively backward,with low degree of mechanization,mainly artificial breeding,low efficiency and high cost.Therefore,it is urgent to develop modern community breeding machinery.In this paper,based on the sowing demand of rice community breeding,based on the rice pneumatic precision seed metering device successfully developed by South China Agricultural University,a sowing device suitable for community breeding and sowing was designed,which was used for sowing,unloading and rapid.The design was changed and the indoor bench test was carried out.Based on this,the prototype was developed and the field seeding accuracy test was carried out.Its main research contents include:(1)In order to meet the requirements of precision seeding and rapid seed change in the community,this paper designs a kind of precision seeding pneumatic seed metering device based on the original rice pneumatic seed metering device,and explains the working principle of the seed metering device.The key components of the seed meter were designed and analyzed.Combined with the flow characteristics of the rice seeds,the seed box structure of the seed metering device is optimized;the cam groove slide structure is designed,and the seed box door can be automatically opened when the seed box is moved to the filling port,and the filling is completed,and the motor is used.The carrying device is controlled,and when the seeding is completed,the seeding can be carried out automatically,and the requirement of rapid seeding is realized.The use of vertical discs for precise adsorption of rice seeds enables the requirements for precision seeding.(2)In order to validate the feasibility of,the use of hybrid rice ",615 " and conventional " Huang Huazhan " as test object,the research of the material characteristics,to soak,get three axis of two varieties of rice seed size,under the condition of different moisture content of grain,natural repose Angle and sliding friction Angle,provide theory basis for the optimization design of.Under the conditions of different suction chamber negative pressure and different rotation speed of seed plate,the test of seeding accuracy on test bed was carried out.The test results showed that,when sowing jiyou 615,the suction pressure of chamber was 1.4kpa,and the rotation speed of seeding axis was 25r/min.The best seeding effect was achieved,with a hole rate of 2.8% and a qualified rate of 94%,and the probability of ≥3 seeds per acupuncture point was 3.2%.When sowing yellow huachan,the suction pressure of the chamber was 1.6k Pa,and the rotation speed of the planting axis was 30r/min,the sowing effect was better.At this time,the hole rate was 2.6%,the qualified rate was 88.6%,and the probability of ≥3 seeds per acupuncture point was 8.8%.(3)The rice seedling precision seeding machine was designed by using the cell breeding precision seed metering device designed in this paper.The pneumatic pipeline was optimized and designed with “Jiyou 615” and “Huang Huazhan” as the test object.In the field test,the results showed that the optimum negative pressure for planting in the field was 1.6kpa.When the negative pressure was 1.6kpa,the qualified rate of sowing was about 85%,and the porosity was about 7%,which was in line with the sowing needs.The qualified rate of the six seed metering devices is different.The pass rate of the seeding device of the 3rd and 4th seeding devices in the middle position is slightly lower than that of the two sides.The porosity of the seeding devices of the first and sixth rows on the two sides is slightly higher than that of the two rows.The seed meter in the middle position.The conventional rice "Huang Huazhan" was used to carry out the hole distance measurement test on the prototype.The possible causes were analyzed.The hole spacing fluctuated.The analysis may affect the cause of the fluctuation of the hole distance,but it does not affect the normal growth of rice. |
