Currently,there are several problems restricted the increase of greenhouse production efficiency in our country such as the backward level of greenhouse environmental control,the operation management relying on experience,and poor intelligence.Thus,based on the internet of things technology this research designs and develops a set of intelligent greenhouse control system to realize the on-line monitoring of environmental parameter,the auto-control of actuating equipment,and the effective management of greenhouses.It also has achieved the goal of automation,intelligence,networked and scientization production.This study is of important significance for increasing the greenhouse production capacity and modernization in our country,as well as improving the quality of people’s lives.According to the greenhouse environmental parameter characteristics and control demands,this research creates a general scheme for intelligence control greenhouse which includes perception layer,transmission layer and application layer.The whole system comprises a set of centralized control system,several sets of field control system and communication network.The centralized control system centralizes the management and control of each field control system.The field control system can operate independently to meet the control requirements of different scales and levels of greenhouses.As the node of environmental perception and intelligent control terminal,the field control system is located in the sensing layer of the Internet of things.According to the actual environmental situation in the greenhouse,the field control system with programmable logic controller is designed as the core one.It detects air temperature and humidity,light intensity,carbon dioxide concentration and soil moisture through sensors.It controls the action of the actuator with manual and automatic control methods.It realizes the man-machine interaction in the greenhouse through touch screens.It achieves remote monitoring with SMS alarm controller.The communication network is located in the transmission layer of the Internet of things.According to the design requirements of the transmission layer,the data transmission system which combines the local area network and remote wide area network in the greenhouse is set up.The local area network adopts the wired transmission method based on Ethernet.The remote wide area network utilizes the transmission technology with the combination of Internet and GSM mobile communication to realize the reliable transmission and extensive interconnection of the data in the perception layer.The centralized control system is located in the application layer of the Internet of things and is mainly used to process various of data from the perception layer,including data storage,data preprocessing,intelligence control and man-machine interaction.Based on Lab VIEW software,a centralized monitoring management platform used in greenhouse is developed,which can exchange data between OPC server and field controller.With SQL Server software as the development platform,the greenhouse database system is established to carry out the scientific management of running data.The greenhouse test platform is designed and set up,and the control system is also debugged and tested on it.The results of debugging and testing show that the hardware design of the system is reasonable,the communication network is stable,the functions of the integrated monitoring management platform are normal,the data preprocessing method and the intelligent control method are effective,the environmental parameters are stable and can be controlled at a reasonable level.And all above can meet the modern management requirements of the agricultural greenhouse. |
