| In recent years,the application of eugenol,Cinnamic aldehyde and citral has been more and more widely accepted in the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests of fruits and vegetables.They not only have good antibacterial,insecticidal,antiviral and other biological activity,but also has high efficiency,broad spectrum of antibacterial,low toxicity,no residue,good environmental compatibility and so on.But their chemical properties are unstable and particularly susceptible to volatilization.Therefore,people are currently highly concerned about its new formulations,to explore a high efficiency,safety,no public hazards of new plant-type fungicide has been very necessary.This article mainly through determination the antibacterial effect of eugenol,cinnamaldehyde and citral against strawberry Botrytis cinerea in vitro conditions,At the same time,the orthogonal design method is used to compose the three kinds of substances according to a certain proportion,and the optimal compose proportion between the three substances is selected,And then using the envelope method combined with β-cyclodextrin,chitosan and β-cyclodextrin-chitosan as the wall material.The complex solution of eugenol,cinnamaldehyde and citral was used as core material.The preparation of microcapsules under the conditions of the different ratio of wall to core,surface active agent,number of revolutions and temperature,At the same time,the sensory,particle size,embedding rate,release amount and biological verification of the compound microcapsules were evaluated,and the optimum preparation conditions were selected.Finally,after determining the optimal composite microcapsules,the strawberry fruit was fumigated and its effect on weight loss,hardness and soluble solids content of strawberry fruit was determined.The results are as follows:(1)the MIC value of eugenol,cinnamaldehyde and citral against Botrytis cinerea was determined by the method of minimum inhibitory concentration,The antibacterial properties of them :citral﹥cinnamaldehyde﹥eugenol.(2)according to the Judgment criteria of FIC value,reasonable combination between the eugenol and cinnamaldehyde and citral,the results found by three orthogonal combination showed synergistic effect,the optimal mixture ratio was 51:13:1.(3)The sensory,particle size,embedding rate,release amount and biological validationof complex microcapsules were evaluated,The results showed that the microcapsules coated with β-cyclodextrin as the wall material were white powder,and the microcapsules with chitosan as the wall material showed yellow granules,and the microcapsules withβ-cyclodextrin-chitosan as the wall material of the sensory traits between them,they all have a slight essential oil flavor.The particle size of the composite microcapsules is basically distributed between 100~200μm.The embedding rate of microcapsules was 87.78%,whenβ-cyclodextrin was used as the wall material,the ratio of wall to core was 1: 4 and the concentration of T-80 emulsifier was 0.2%.When the microcapsules with β-cyclodextrinchitosan as the wall material,the ratio of wall to core was 1: 2,the volatility of the microcapsules was relatively stable and has obvious regularity.When the ratio of core to wall is 1: 2,the concentration of T-80 active agent is 0.2%,the release rule is the most obvious and stable.When the fumigation concentration of the composite microcapsules was 571.26 mg / L,the wall material was β-cyclodextrin and chitosan,the wall-to-core ratio was 1: 2,and the concentration of T-80 active agent was 0.2%,the growth of Strawberry Botrytis cinerea Can be completely inhibited.(4)Compared with the control,when the composite microcapsules of fumigation concentration of 571.26 mg / L for strawberry fumigation treatment,It was found that fumigation treatment could effectively reduce the decrease of soluble solids content in strawberry fruit.Fumigation treatment could significantly inhibit the strawberry fruit hardness decreased and significantly reduced strawberry fruit weight loss rate. |
