| In order to improve the selenium content of lettuce and spinach in the plant factory and propose corresponding selenium-rich production countermeasures,we conducted selenium-enriched lettuce and spinach trials from April 2019 to December 2019.In the experiment,growth parameters,physiological indicators,plant nutrients,quality,selenium content and yield of lettuce and spinach were measured.Analysed the correlation between different selenium fertilizers,different treatment times of selenium fertilizer,different root cutting methods and different concentrations of sodium selenite with growth indicators,physiological indicators,plant nutrients,quality,selenium content and yield The result shows as follows:1.Effects of different selenium fertilizers on the growth and quality of hydroponic lettuce in plant factories.0.5mg/L agricultural selenium fertilizer as a selenium-rich lettuce nutrient solution produced by plant factories,can promote the vegetative growth of lettuce,improve the quality and selenium content of lettuce.Application of selenomethionine as selenium fertilizer can significantly increase the soluble protein,amino acid,cellulose and selenium content of lettuce,and effectively reduce the nitrate content of lettuce,but it is not conducive to the growth of hydroponic lettuce.The application of sodium selenate,sodium selenite and agricultural selenium fertilizer can significantly increase the Vc and selenium content of hydroponic lettuce,reduce the nitrate content of lettuce,and be beneficial to the growth of lettuce and increase the yield of lettuce.The effect of agricultural selenium fertilizer is better,and agricultural selenium fertilizer is the cheapest compared to the other three types of selenium fertilize.2.Effects of selenium fertilizer treatment time on the growth and quality of hydroponic lettuce in plant factories.Customized 0.5mg/L agricultural selenium fertilizer for lettuce on the day of customization,which is most conducive to improving the quality,selenium content and yield of lettuce.3.Effects of different root cutting methods on selenium accumulation in lettuce leaves.Under the concentration of lmg/L selenite,the length of selenium in the lettuce leaves was the highest at 13.3mg/L.The selenium content of lettuce in the control treatment was the lowest,only 7.49mg/L,which was significantly lower than that in other treatments.Cutting roots is good for selenium accumulation in lettuce leaves,of which 1/3 of lettuce leaves the largest increase in selenium content.4.Effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite on growth and quality of hydroponic spinach in plant factories.0.5mg/L sodium selenite as a plant factory to produce selenium-rich spinach nutrient solution can greatly increase the selenium content of spinach,and significantly increase spinach plant height,spread,leaf area,leaf number,yield,Vc,soluble protein and Amino acid content,reduce nitrate content,but have no significant effect on chlorophyll,cellulose,reducing sugars,et;An excessively high concentration of sodium selenite(2mg/L)significantly inhibited the growth of spinach,but greatly increased the soluble protein content.In summary,selenium-enriched lettuce is produced in a plant factory 0.5mg/L agricultural selenium fertilizer is used as a plant factory to produce selenium-enriched lettuce nutrient solution,and the lettuce is treated on the day of lettuce planting content and yield In terms of simply increasing the selenium accumulation of lettuce,at a concentration of lmg/L selenite,longitudinally cutting the lettuce by 1/3 will increase the selenium content in the lettuce the most.0.5mg/L sodium selenite is used in plant factories to produce selenium-rich spinach nutrient solution,which is most conducive to improving spinach quality,selenium content and yield. |
