| In order to explore the effects of different cultivation measures on the growth of weeds and the inhibitory effect of rice functional molecules and the application of rice allelopathic modifier in different crops.This study designed early and late field experiment and pot experiment and using three rices(Allelopathic rice 3,Baixiangzhan,N liangyou 201),barnyard grass,corn,soybean,and rice Allelopathic Modifier(AB5046A)as materials,making field and pot experiments in the early and late seasons,The main results were as follows:(1)The pot experiment showed that when the seeds were submerged 3cm After 30 days,it can promote the biomass accumulation of roots,stems and leaves.When submerged 7cm,it will significantly reduce the biomass accumulation of roots,stems and leaves.When submerged 8cm,the germination rate of barnyard grass seed embedded in the soil could be significantly reduced and the length of roots and biomass accumulation of roots,stems and leaves were inhibited.(2)The pot experiment showed that the allelopathic rice 3 can maintain a high allelopathic index level(AI>0.45)with barnyard grass.When there were two barnyard grass associated plants,the theoretical yield of rice decreased by 20.14g/ plant compared with the treatment without barnyard grass,and the fresh weight of associated barnyard grass was only 31.67g/ plant.(3)The Pot experiment showed that when Baixiangzhan intercropped or hybrid with N liangyou 201 and allelopathic rice 3,the height of itself would decrease and there was no significant change in tiller number and SPAD,and no significant increase in allelopathic index in early and late season.In early season,when N liangyou 201 intercropped with Baixiangzhan the height of itself can be significantly increased,and the allelopathy index was significantly increased in late season when mixed with Baixiangzhan or allelopathic rice 3.In early season the plant height of allelopathic rice 3 could be improved by intercropping or interplanting with Baixiangzhan,and interplanting with N liangyou 201 can significantly increase tiller number.In late season intercropping or interbreeding with Baixiangzhan and N liangyou 201 in late season can improve allelopathic index to different extent.When the allelopathic substance concentration was 4(?)a,it had the strongest inhibitory effect on the height of barnyard grass with allelopathic rice 3,and the height decreased by 6.74 cm compared with that when the allelopathic substance concentration was a,but the inhibition degree of barnyard grass height in early and late seasons was slightly different.(4)The field experiments show that the reduction of herbicide could reduce tiller number in early season but had no effect on tiller number in late season.The allelopathic index before the closure lines can be improved by 50% and 75% reduction in late season.The reduction of N liangyou 201 in the early season can increase the plant height after closure,and the reduction of N liangyou 201 in the late season can promote the tillering before closure.The reduction of herbicide in the early and late seasons has no effect on the height and tiller number of allelopathic rice 3,and the reduction of 50% in the late season can reduce the allelopsis index before closure.(5)Spraying AB5046 A can make weed and rice seedling leaves grow bleaching,Root length and plant height,biomass accumulation of rhizome and leaf were inhibited,thus reducing its survival,to the gramineous weeds also has obvious inhibitory effect.It could not inhibit the root length and plant height of soybean but high concentration AB5046 A can inhibits the biomass accumulation,had no effects on maize growth and biomass accumulation,thus reducing its survival,to the gramineous weeds also has obvious inhibitory effect,can not inhibit the growth of soybean,but high concentration AB5046 A inhibits the biomass accumulation,It could not inhibit plant height and biomass accumulation of maize.Spraying AB5046 A at field tillering stage of rice can make the leaves yellow and even die,and have inactivity to moleplant seed,barngrass and so on.In conclusion,only when the seeds of barnyard grass were embedded in the soil,submerging could significantly inhibit the germination rate,and appropriate submerging could slightly promote the elongation of plant height.When competing with barnyard grass of different plant Numbers,each rice material would reduce plant height and tiller number,but it had little effect on SPAD.The actual yield and biomass of rice intercropping or intercropping were lower than that of single cropping,and allelopathic rice 3 was the most competitive and Baixiangzhan was the weakest.Allelopathic substances had a significant effect on inhibiting the height of barnyard grass,and the higher the concentration was,the stronger the inhibitory effect was,but had little effect on the germination rate of barnyard grass.Moderate reduction of herbicide application can promote stable and increased yield of allelopathic rice.AB5046 A is not suitable for use in paddy fields,but can be used in weeding soybean and maize fields. |
