Tomato bacterial wilt is a soil-borne disease caused by R.solanacearum,which severely limits the development of the tomato industry.Biological control,as a green and safe control method,improves the soil structure while preventing and controlling diseases by applying beneficial antagonistic microbial agents.This experiment discusses green agroforestry No.41 compound microbial fertilizer on tomato greens through pot and field trials the blight prevention and control test achieved the following results:1.Establish triple PCR to monitor R.solanacearum in soil,isolate pathogenic bacteria from diseased tomato plants to obtain R.solanacearum strains with strong pathogenicity,and construct and optimize the triple PCR system for R.solanacearum,which can be used from plants with the qualitative detection of the pathogen in the soil,the detection of trace template(10-3 ng/μL)was achieved.2.The pot experiment was used to study the control effect and soil-related traits of applying bacterial fertilizer on tomato bacterial wilt.The results showed that the application of a 500-fold diluted fermented Lvnonglin?No.41 microbial fertilizer treatment reduced the incidence by nearly 30.2%,and significantly improved tomato root activity by 149.2%on average compared with the control group,and soil urease and phosphatase within one week after application the catalase activity is higher than the control group and maintains a high level.At the same time,it improves the basic conditions of the soil and regulates the structure of the microbial community,so that the proportion of bacterial richness in the beneficial microbial community of the soil increases significantly.Bacillus increases by an average of178.1%.3.Carrying out field application of Lvnonglin?No.41 Microbial Fertilizer on tomato bacterial wilt prevention and control effects,plant growth and soil improvement effects.The comprehensive analysis results show that,compared with the control group,the application of Lvnonglin?No.41 compound microbial fertilizer has an average increase of 14.8%insoil organic matter,34.1%in available potassium,27.8%in available phosphorus,and 4.9%in available nitrogen.In plant growth state,plant height,stem circumference and leaf area increased by 35.5%,30.5%and 23.7%on average,while chlorophyll and net photosynthesis increased by 17.5%and 5.85%on average.The highest incidence of tomato bacterial wilt in the field decreased by 32%.The fruit water-soluble total sugar treatment group averaged 2.1%higher than the control group of the same group.The average weight gain of single fruit was14.95%,and the average yield increased by 11.6%.
