| Inorganic trace elements are cheap and easy to obtain,but the biological value is low.While organic trace elements have highly biological value but high price.In this study,some organic zinc,manganese and copper were used to replace inorganic zinc,manganese and copper to explore the effects on broiler breeders,breeding eggs and their offspring,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the combined application of organic and inorganic trace elements in breeding poultry.A total of 46848 53-week-old ROSS-308 broiler breeder hens were assigned to 2groups with 2 replicates,which included 11712 birds each.Inorganic control group fed with basal diet supplemented with 110 mg/kg inorganic zinc,120 mg/kg inorganic manganese and 13 mg/kg inorganic copper.Organic replacement group fed with basal diet supplemented with 40 mg/kg organic zinc,70 mg/kg inorganic zinc,40 mg/kg organic manganese,80 mg/kg inorganic manganese,7 mg/kg organic copper and 6mg/kg inorganic copper.The feeding experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed that,compared with inorganic control group,(1)In terms of broiler breeders,organic replacement group extremely decreased egg weight(P<0.01),extremely increased misshapen egg rate(P<0.01),significantly increased broken egg rate(P<0.05)and did not significantly alter the mortality and elimination rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate(P>0.05),but tend to increase fertilization rate and hatching rate.(2)In terms of breeding eggs,organic replacement group extremely increased the color and specific gravity of yolk(P<0.01),significantly increased the brightness and thickness of eggshell(P<0.05)and significantly decreased yolk Zn content(P<0.05).(3)In terms of their offspring,organic replacement group extremely increased tibia length at age of 7 day(P<0.01),significantly increased tibia weight at age of 1 and 7 day and feed to gain ratio at age of 7 day(P<0.05)and significantly decreased birth weight(P<0.05).(4)In terms of antioxidant enzyme,organic replacement group extremely increased the yolk Mn-SOD activity of breeding egg(P<0.01),significantly decreased the liver Mn-SOD activity of theiroffspring at age of 7 day and the serum Mn-SOD activity of their offspring at age of14 day(P<0.05),but did not alter the T-SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD and Mn-SOD activities in the serum of broiler breeders,the albumen of breeding egg and the heart of their offspring(P>0.05).In conclusion,the combined application of organic and inorganic zinc,manganese and copper in broiler breeder hens kept the egg weight of broiler breeders within a reasonable range,kept breeding eggs within a range of high fertilization rate and hatching rate,improved the quality of yolk and eggshell of breeding eggs and enhanced the development of tibia of their offspring. |
