| Banana is one of the most important economigc cultures in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world and is also one of the most important economic cultures in the coastal regions of South China.And it is also problems in the coastal areas of South China.At present,scholars and experts at home and abroad have explored the role of melatonin in the alleviation of some plants reverse mirror physiology.However,the effect of melatonin on alleviating Na Cl stress in Baodao banana is always unknown.Therefore,further study on the effect of melatonin on the resistance of Baodao banana to Na Cl stress may help to find the physiological protective mechanism of melatonin on Na Cl stress in Baodao bananaIn this paper,the effect of different concentrations of melatonin on banana seeds under the stress of 60 mmol / L sodium chloride was studied in order to find the best melatonin to relieve the stress.Then,the concentration of sodium chloride was increased under the optimal melatonin,and the upper limit of melatonin to alleviate the sodium chloride stress of banana seedlings was explored.On behalf of explore the effect of melatonin on the physiology of banana seedlings.The results are as follows:1.Under 60 mmol / L Na Cl stress,the relative water content of leaves decreased,the water loss of leaves wilted,the root activity decreased,the chlorophyll content decreased,and the permeability of leaf plasm membrane increased,which required that the growth of Baodao banana was seriously damaged under 60 mmol / L Na Cl stress,However,the mechanism of plant self-protection,improve the POD activity,improve the SOD activity,reduce the MDA content,improve the proline content,improve the soluble sugar content,improve the root activity,improve the relative water content in leaves,and improve the soluble protein content.Applying 100 μ mol / L melatonin,compared with other concentrations of 0 μ mol / L,50 μ mol / L,150 μ mol / L,200 μ mol / L,250 μ mol / L,300 μ mol / L melatonin treatment,the anti-adversity ability of Baodao banana was significantly improved.The Figure now shows that POD activity,SOD activity,proline content and other indicators that are conducive to plant anti adversity are greatly improved.2.Under the treatment of 60 mmol / L,70 mmol / L,80 mmol / L and 90 mmol / L sodium chloride,In the later stage,POD activity decreased rapidly,SOD activity decreased rapidly,MDA content was higher,soluble protein content was lower,proline content was lower,soluble sugar content was lower,root activity was lower,chlorophyll content was lower,relative water content of leaves was lower,and membrane permeability of leaves was higher.However,in the treatment group treated with melatonin of 100 μ mol / L,anti-stress ability was improved,For example,compared with the group without melatonin,the group with melatonin had higher POD activity,higher SOD activity,lower MDA content,higher soluble protein content,higher proline content,higher soluble sugar content,higher root activity,higher chlorophyll content,higher relative water content of leaves and lower membrane permeability,However,in the group treated with melatonin of 100 μ mol /L,the Figure shows the improvement of anti-stress ability,This indicated that the effect of melatonin at 100 μ mol /L was significantly under 60 mmol / L Na Cl stress,Whereas,with the increase in sodium chloride concentration,it may be beyond the adjustable range of applying phytohormone.Therefore,the effect of the melatonin treatment group was significantly decreased. |
