Cerasus are the general term for plants of the Cerasus genus. They belong to the Prunusoidea family of the Rosaceae family. They are deciduous and light-growth types. They grow vigorously, have fewer pests and diseases, and have a certain ability to withstand cold and drought. The flowers are colorful, the number of flowers is large, and the single tree is a scenery. It is also an excellent garden coloring tree species. It can be used as a garden ornamental tree, street tree, etc.,and has a very high garden application value.Substrate and fertilization is an important way to improve seedling productivity and shorten the seedling nursery time, and it has a certain role in promoting the development of Cerasus container seedling cultivation technology and garden application, and has a guiding significance for the scientific management and management of Cerasus plantation. In this study,C.companulata ’Youkou’,C.serrulata var.Lannesiana ’Sirotae’,C.spachiana var.Spachiana,C.serrulata var.Lannesiana ’Superba’ Annual grafted seedlings are used as test materials, and 5 matrix combinations and 4 nitrogen gradients are set: T1(yellow soil),T2(peat soil: vermiculite: yellow soil = 2: 1: 1),T3(Peat soil: vermiculite: perlite: yellow mud = 1: 1: 1: 1),T4(peat soil: vermiculite:perlite: yellow mud = 3: 2: 1: 1),T5(peat soil: Yellow clay = 1: 1)and N0(0g),N1(6g),N2(12g),N3(18g).A single experiment of 4 Cerasus varieties grown on 5substrates and 4 Cerasus varieties grown on T2,T3,T4,T5 substrates, combined with4 nitrogen gradients, and 4 container varieties of Cerasus varieties were analyzed Growth morphology(plant height, ground diameter),biomass accumulation(overground fresh weight, underground fresh weight, aboveground dry weight, underground dry weight)and physiological characteristics(chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein)in the two experimental growth stages,Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters),etc. The main findings are as follows:(1)Different substrate treatments have obvious promotion effects on the seedling height, ground diameter, biomass, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, etc.of the four Cerasus variety container seedlings.C.companulata’Youkou’ grows faster and performs better on T4 substrates with higher substrate aeration, bulk density, and nutrients;C.serrulata var.Lannesiana ’Sirotae’ performs better in substrate soils with better aeration of T2,T3,and T4 substrates;the roots of C.spachiana var.Spachiana roots Relatively developed,it shows better in T2,T4 and T5 substrates with sufficient substrate nutrients;C.serrulata var.Lannesiana ’Superba’grows faster and grows better for T4 and T5 substrates with higher nutrients and larger bulk density, and grows in different substrates among varieties The difference is obvious.(2)In the growth of the four substrates, nitrogen application can obviously promote the growth of the seedling height, ground diameter, biomass, soluble protein, soluble sugar content,SOD,POD and other indicators of the four Cerasus variety container seedlings, and the difference is very significant(P <0.01).During the Cerasus growth period, some growth indexes reached the peak in spring and summer, indicating that the absorption and utilization of nutrients were faster in this period. At the end of the growing season(September),the seedling height, ground diameter,Fv /Fm,Y(Ⅱ),q P,SOD,POD,etc.under N3 treatment were significantly higher than those under N1 and N2 treatment, and after nitrogen treatment The indicators have a significant positive correlation(except q N),which shows that the appropriate amount of nitrogen can effectively regulate the coordinated growth of various parts of the C.companulata ’Youkou’,and the N3 treatment in the T4 matrix is the best;C.serrulata var.Lannesiana ’Sirotae’ is in the T4 and T2 matrix. The overall growth effect of the N2 gradient is significantly higher than that in the N0,N1,and N3 treatment growth;C.spachiana var.Spachiana grows best in the T2 and T4 substrates, and the N2 gradient grows best in the overall growth, and C.serrulata var.Lannesiana’Superba’ in the T4 and T5 substrates with N2 and N3 The gradient grows best overall. The main reason for the difference is similar to the growth of C.companulata ’Youkou’,indicating that the nitrogen content in different substrates is different, and the growth difference between varieties is obvious.
