| As a key pig production enterprise in Tongchuan City,LM company in Tongchuan City is faced with difficulties in recruiting and retaining employees.Improving employee job satisfaction has become an effective means to solve this problem.First of all,the paper analyzes and introduces the basic concepts,related theories and tools of employee job satisfaction,focusing on the concept of employee job satisfaction,the theory of employee job satisfaction,the theory of demand hierarchy,the theory of two factors,the theory of fair incentive,and so on The measurement scale of employee job satisfaction of LM company in Tongchuan City was developed from six dimensions of working environment and company development.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of 163 employees’ job satisfaction,through the analysis of statistical results,it is found that the overall job satisfaction of employees is not high in all dimensions,most of them are between "general" and "satisfaction";through correlation and regression analysis,it is found that work content,working environment and career development are the main factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction;through demographic statistics,the paper finds that the main factors influencing employee job satisfaction are job satisfaction According to the difference analysis,we found that 20-30-year-old employees,male employees,employees with an annual income of 30000-45000 yuan,and married employees had relatively low satisfaction with the company’s current work content,working environment and salary;further analysis found that the daily workload of employees was too large,the salary was low and often delayed,the staff’s potential tapping training was not in place,the leadership management affinity was poor,and the entertainment advice service was provided Poor service experience is the main problem affecting the job satisfaction of LM company employees.Finally,from the aspects of increasing investment in mechanical facilities,reducing labor intensity;broadening sources of funds and improving employee incentive mechanism;establishing necessary training mechanism to pay attention to employees’ self-development;improving leadership management level and promoting communication between leaders and employees;attaching equal importance to spiritual and material construction,and timely adoption of employee suggestions,the paper proposes how to improve employee satisfaction in Tongchuan LM company The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research results of this paper not only help to improve the online and offline service ability of Tongchuan LM company,but also share advanced experience and beneficial practices for other provinces and cities to improve their work career development and enhance their service ability. |
