Study Of Promoting Effect Of Trichoderma Based Bio-organic Fertilizer And Water Soluble Biological Liquid Fertilizer Containing Amino Acids On The Plant Growth

The large use of chemical fertilizers enhanced the crop yields;however,its application meanwhile caused serious soil problems such as soil degradation and crop quality decline.In order to achieve sustainable agriculture,development of high-efficiency bio-organic fertilizers and water soluble biological liquid fertilizer containing amino acids have become hotspots in the research area of novel fertilizer.Based on the previous research in our laboratory,in this study,the field experiment was firstly used to evaluate the plant growth promoting effect of Trichoderma guizhouense NJAU4742 based bio-organic fertilizer and water soluble biological liquid fertilizer containing amino acids,and the field application effect of bio-organic fertilizer instead of different concentrations of chemical fertilizer was further studied.At last,preliminary research on bio-organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer formulation was carried out.The main findings obtained are as follows:The results of field trials of Trichoderma based bio-organic fertilizer applied in pepper fields showed that for the first and second seasons,the replacement of 40%chemical nitrogen fertilizer(BF40%)by bio-organic fertilizer significantly enhanced the plant height compared to the treatment applied with organic fertilizer replacing 40%chemical nitrogen fertilizer(OF40%),and the yields in BF40%were increased by 8.3%and 1.15%,respectively.For the field experiment results in the chemical fertilizer replacement,in the first season,OF40%treatment and organic fertilizer replacing 40%chemical nitrogen fertilizer and reducing 20%chemical nitrogen fertilizer treatment(OF40%-)increased yields of 1775kg/hm-2 with the increasing rate of 10.7%and 475kg/hm-2 with the increasing rate of 2.86%,respectively compared to CF treatment applied with chemical fertilizer with equal nutrients.For the second season,compared with CF treatment,OF40%treatment increased the yield by 203kg/hm-2 with the increasing rate of 1.47%.Moreover,compared to CF,BF40%treatment increased the yield by 3300kg/hm-2 with the increasing rate of 19.9%.For the second season,compared with CF treatment,BF40%treatment increased the yield by 364 kg/hm-2 with the increasing rate of 2.64%.In addition,the application of Trichoderma based bio-organic fertilizer also increased the number of Trichoderma in the pepper rhizosphere and improved the soil physical-chemical properties.For the yield,in the first season,10AA+T increased the yield by by 19,764,19,858,3,132,and 19,534 kg/hm-2 with the increasing rates of 50.8%,51.3%,5.6%,and 49.9%,respectively compared to BLK,CK,10AA,and T;and compared to 10CF and 10CF+T,the increasing rates were 36.1%and 24.3%,respectively.Compared to 10AA+T,20AA+T increased yield by 1742kg/hm-2,and the increasing rate was 2.97%.For the yield,in the second season,10AA+T increased the yield by 14,148,13,743,2943 and 14,283kg/hm-2 with the increasing rates of 52.9%,50.6%,7.76%,and 53.7%,respectively compared to BLK,CK,10AA,and T;and compared to 10CF and 10CF+T,the increasing rates were 15.8%and 13.7%,respectively.Compared to 10AA+T,20AA+T increased yield by 3982kg/hm-2,and the increasing rate was 9.74%.In addition to the yield,application of Trichoderma based water soluble biological liquid fertilizer containing amino acids significantly increased the content of reducing sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C in eggplant fruits,and reduced the content of nitrate,thereby improving the fruit quality.In addition,the application of the new fertilizer increased the number of culturable bacteria,fungi and Trichoderma in the eggplant rhizosphere,and improved the soil physical-chemical properties.The formulation development of Trichoderma based bio-organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer showed that in the experiment comparing the effect of different organic carriers on the number of Trichoderma during storage process,bio-organic fertilizer produced by organic fertilizer produced by straws showed higher Trichoderma number compared to the others with the number of 8.4×107 CFU/g Effects of different concentrations of calcium nitrate on the amount of Trichoderma during bio-organic fertilizer storage showed that adding 10%and 20%calcium nitrate reveled significantly higher Trichoderma number than the treatments adding 30%and 40%.After storage for 30 and 90 days,the numbers in the front two were 2.1 × 106 CFU/g and 2.0 × 106 CFU/g,respectively.For the storage experiments testing the effects of different nutrient ratios on the Trichoderma number,at beginning,76.5g cow manure organic fertilizer+20g calcium nitrate+3.5g potassium sulfate with total nutrient of 89.8 g/kg(CF1)and 83.5g cow manure organic fertilizer+10g calcium nitrate+3g potassium sulfate with total nutrient of 97.3 g/kg(CF2)showed significantly higher number than other treatments,while after storage for 30 days,the number in CF2 was still significantly higher than other treatments with the number of 1.6 × 108 CFU/g.
