Perch and Eriocheir sinensis are high-quality aquatic products in China, which occupy an important position in aquaculture industry.Perch and Eriocheir sinensis still adopt the traditional aquaculture methods, mainly feeding ice fresh and traditional pond aquaculture. With the development of aquaculture, the problems of ecological environment and production potential brought by traditional aquaculture methods become more and more serious.Traditional aquaculture methods have been unable to meet the sustainable needs of the aquaculture industry.People need new aquaculture methods to replace traditional aquaculture methods.Compared with the ice fresh bait, the compound feed has obvious advantages in low cost and stable quality.Efficient formula feed can fully meet the needs of modern aquaculture industry.Recycling aquaculture mode is superior to traditional pond aquaculture mode in ecological value and economic value.Pond engineering aquaculture, represented by recirculating aquaculture mode,is a trend of aquaculture development in the future. The impact of different aquaculture methods on the nutritional value of freshwater aquatic products is unclear. In this paper, fatty acids and amino acids were used as the main evaluation indicators to explore the effects of different feed and different aquaculture models on nutritional value. In this paper, perch cultured in different aquaculture methods in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas and Eriocheir sinensis cultured in different feed in Yangchenghu Town were collected extensively. Then the fatty acids and amino acids of perch and fatty acids of Eriocheir sinensis were detected. The water quality indexes of aquaculture water under different aquaculture modes were detected. The results are as follows:1.32 fatty acids were detected in the perch.6 fatty acids,C14:0,C16:0,C18:1n9c,C18:2n6c,C20:5n3 and C22:6n3,were the main fatty acids, about 75%of the total content. There is a significant correlation between the fatty acid composition of the perch and the fatty acid composition of the feed. The fatty acid composition of carp fed different diets was significantly different.Statistical analysis of perch samples showed that 17 fatty acids such as DHA were extremely significant different among different feed groups(P<0.01),and 7 fatty acids were significantly different(P<0.05).Water from different aquaculture modes was also tested in this paper. This paper also detected the water of different aquaculture methods.TP,TN and CODMn of aquaculture water were measured. The eutrophication degree of aquaculture water was evaluated by Comprehensive trophic level index method. The eutrophication degree of recirculating aquaculture system is significantly lower than that of traditional pond aquaculture mode, recirculating aquaculture system has higher ecological value.(4)There was no significant difference in fatty acids of perch among different aquaculture modes.2.34 fatty acids were detected in gonad of Eriocheir sinensis.6 Fatty acids,C16:0,C18:1n9c,C20:4n6,C20:5n3 and C22:6n3,were the main fatty acids, accounting for about 82.03%of the total content.26 fatty acids were detected in muscle of Eriocheir sinensis.6 Fatty acids,C16:0,C18:1n9c,C20:4n6,C20:5n3 and C22:6n3,were the main fatty acids, about 86.17%of the total content.Different feed had significant effects on the fatty acid composition of Eriocheir sinensis. The fatty acid composition of Eriocheir sinensis was significantly correlated with feed.3.There were significant differences in 12 amino acids(aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, histidine, threonine, arginine, alanine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine)among different aquaculture modes(P<0.05),and the total amino acid content in recirculating aquaculture mode was lower than that in pond aquaculture mode. There were significant differences in 4 amino acids such as threonine, tyrosine, proline and isoleucine between different feed groups(P<0.05).The amino acid scores showed that the amino acid scores of the perch in the different feed groups were lower than those in the ice fish group. The nutritional value of perch and Eriocheir sinensis in different aquaculture methods was evaluated. The nutritional value of perch and Eriocheir sinensis fed with different feed was significantly different. The nutritive value of perch and Eriocheir sinensis fed with formula feed was lower than that of ice fish, and the nutritive value of perch in recirculating aquaculture system was slightly lower than that in traditional pond aquaculture mode.
