Studies On The Control Effect Of Green Light And Chinese Herbal Preparations On Main Diseases And Pests Of Strawberry In Facility

In order to provide new pests and diseases for cultivation of strawberry facilities control measures,we used physical and chemical methods to prevent and treat common diseases and insect pests in strawberries,including green light to prevent and control of common insect pests and a variety of Chinese herbal remedies to prevent and treat strawberry diseases and pests.The test results are as follows:（1）Test of pest prevention with green light control:Set the green LED fill light night fill light and compared to the treatment without lighting as control,to explore the effect of green light on strawberry growth,photosynthetic characteristics,quality,pest number.The results showed that green light increased the leaf area,and plant height,stem diameter,petiole length,petiole roughness had no significant change.In terms of photosynthetic characteristics,the treated chlorophy had no significant change,the intercellular CO₂concentration was greater than CK,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance had no significant changes.In terms of fruit quality,the soluble solids content and soluble sugar content were greater than CK,the average fruit weight,fruit firmness,titratable acidity,and sugar-acid ratio had no significant changes.The amount of pesticide residues was significantly less than CK.In terms of insect pests,the number of aphids and thrips in facilities exposed to green light was significantly less than that of CK.In a word,green light can effectively suppress the number of insect pests in facilities and promote the decomposition of pesticides by plants.At the same time,there is no significant effect on the vegetative growth and fruit quality of strawberries.（2）Test of pest prevention with Chinese herbal reagents control:The five Chinese herbal medicines,Sophora flavescens,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Ginger,Angelica sinensis and Clove,were used as test materials and organic solvents were used for extraction.Five kinds of Chinese herbal respiration reagents were used to study the effect of locusts,thrips,and spider mites.And the optimal concentration of insecticidal was recommended.Chinese herbal extract reagents have significant contact killing effects on all three pests.Among them,10times of the mixed reagent was the best insecticidal effect on the locust and thrips,and the 5x solution had the best insecticidal effect on the red spider.（3）Tests on the control of strawberry powdery mildew by Chinese herbal medicine mixed reagents:Using Phellodendron,Sophora flavescens,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Ginger,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Artemisia,and Orange peel as the test materials,to extract with organic solvents,7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine mixed reagents against strawberry powdery mildew were studied.And the optimal concentration was recommended.The extraction reagent has a good protective effect against powdery mildew of strawberry,considering the comprehensive cost,10 times the optimal concentration.In a word,green light can effectively control strawberry pests,and reduce pesticide residues,Sophora flavescens and other 5 kinds of Chinese herbal mixture 10 times liquid to the aphid,thrips,the best insecticidal effect,5 times liquid to the red spider The best effect is that the control of the powdery mildew with strawberry and other 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine 10 times is the best.
