| China is a country with a large population and a long history of agriculture.Food is the basis for people’s survival and the cornerstone of people’s life and development.It can be said that the yield and quality of food is related to the livelihood of the whole country,and it is one of the most important issues.According to the relevant data show from the output point of view,China is only using 7% of the world’s arable land to feed the world’s 22% of the population,every year’s food output is very huge.Therefore,the safe storage of food is particularly important.As an important parameter to measure grain quality,water content of grain should be paid close attention to and controlled during grain storage.In the process of grain storage,the moisture content of grain directly affects the storage effect.If the moisture content of food is too high,it will not only increase the weight of food,waste the transportation capacity and storage capacity,but also lead to the vigorous life activities of harmful microorganisms in the food,the consumption of nutrients in the food,will make the food produce mildew and deterioration due to the heat pile of food,and even cause a huge waste of food.Therefore,it is of great significance to determine grain moisture quickly and conveniently.Although there are many methods and instruments for measuring grain moisture content at present,they all have some shortcomings more or less.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional test method of grain moisture content,this paper designed a kind of according to the basic principle of "Archimedes’ s law",adopt the method of "water suspension method",rapid and accurate detection of grain moisture content of the portable device,the detection device in the process of testing the air density under different temperature and the density of water,the quality of the sample under test changes through a bridge type pressure weighing sensor in real time,makes the measurement more accurate and can meet the laboratory or field tests such as a variety of the demand for the rapid detection of environment.n this paper,the modification principle,hardware structure and design,software program and flow,experiment and data processing,conclusions and shortcomings of the instrument are introduced.The basic structure and application effect of the instrument are introduced.The device adopts the method of continuous weighing twice,which can avoid the systematic error caused by frequent sample operation.Using DGUS touch screen as display key system,the multiplexing of key is reduced and the complexity of operation is reduced.And with water as the medium for measurement,change the traditional air as the medium for measurement mode,enrich the method of moisture detection,has the characteristics of fast,energy saving,environmental protection,can achieve nondestructive testing. |
