| Green leafy vegetables are one of the vegetables with the widest distribution and the highest total yield in China.At present,the cultivation methods of green leafy vegetables in our country are still dryland cultivation and ordinary greenhouses,which results in low economic benefits and low market competitiveness.Research on the green leafy vegetable greenhouse environmental factor control system based on the cloud platform is not only conducive to increasing the yield of green leafy vegetables,reducing production costs,and increasing farmers’income,but also responding to the national agricultural modernization plan and the relevant policies in the 14th Five-Year Plan,which has both practical and strategic significance.The greenhouse cultivation system for green leafy vegetables was taken as the research object.The researches on the collection and regulation system of environmental factors for greenhouse cultivation of green leafy vegetables were reviewed.The cloud platform server software based on Tencent Cloud was developed.The environmental factor fuzzy control system and heating predictive control system based on extreme learning model were designed.The main research contents and results of this study are shown as follows:(1)The growth characteristics and agronomic regulations of hydroponic green leafy vegetables in facilities were investigated.The structure and supporting facilities of related greenhouses were understood.The collection and regulation methods of commonly used for environmental factors were understood.The plan of developing the greenhouse environmental factor regulation system was determined.(2)The environmental factor collection module was designed.The hardware design includes the selection of related chips,temperature and humidity,light intensity collection system circuits and voltage conversion circuits.Proofing,wiring and welding were performed according to the drawn drawings.In addition,the main control chip software was written by Keil C51.(3)Center node software was designed with Lab VIEW.The main functions include receiving,parsing and sending the collection instruction,control instruction data and environmental factors.(4)Server software was developed in the Tencent Cloud Server with Lab VIEW.The main functions include collection,sending,parsing and receiving of the instructions and gather the data of environmental factor into the ACCESS database on the server.WEB pages were designed With VBSCRIPT and JAVASCRIPT.The main functions including displaying real-time environment factors,enabling user sending instructions to cloud platform to adjust the parameter of the environmental factor control system.(5)The growth model of lettuce and the prediction model of greenhouse internal temperature based on extreme learning machine were established.A fuzzy control system for environmental factors and a predictive control of heating system based on particle swarm optimization algorithm were designed to realize the regulation of environmental factors. |
