Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing",my country’s economic strength,scientific and technological strength,and overall national strength have been greatly improved,and the total economic volume and per capita income of urban and rural residents have reached a new level.However,the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development is still prominent,and the contradictions and problems in development are concentrated in the quality of development.Therefore,high-quality development is a concrete manifestation of the objective laws of economic development,and it is also an urgent need for the changes in the main contradictions of our society,the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,and the acceleration of the process of building a modern and powerful socialist country.Under the background of this era,the importance and urgency of high-quality development of ecological agriculture in Changsha has become more and more prominent.On the basis of consulting and combing the domestic and foreign literature on the development of ecological agriculture,through field investigation and data analysis,using STOW analysis to analyze the current situation of the development of ecological agriculture in Changsha City,it is concluded that Changsha City is an important agricultural industry in the central region.In the big city,high-quality development of ecological agriculture has the advantages of unique natural geographical resources,solid agricultural production foundation and certain green brands,forming the prototype of three major ecological agricultural development models,including the ecological system cycle model that shifts to high-quality development.However,there are also obvious disadvantages such as uneven regional development,insufficient capital investment,difficulty in investment and financing,lack of professional personnel for agricultural technology extension,and farmers’enthusiasm that needs to be improved.Facing the policy opportunities of high-quality development and the continuous improvement of the ecological environment,how to base itself on the region,maximize the strengths and avoid weaknesses,turn crises into opportunities and seek opportunities from crises is an important issue facing the high-quality development of ecological agriculture in Changsha.Based on the above analysis and research,and drawing on the experience of high-quality development of ecological agriculture at home and abroad,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of ecological agriculture in Changsha:change the concept to ensure the development direction,strengthen the conditions of ecological agriculture,improve investment,and stimulate more Quality innovation,highlighting the dominant status of farmers,etc.The aim is to accelerate the revitalization of the countryside in Changsha City,accelerate the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of agricultural and rural farmers,and promote the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life and happiness.
