| Under the macro background of the impact of epidemic situation and the slowing of economic growth,Hunan Province is faced with the dilemma of economic development and environmental protection.On the one hand,Hunan Province is in the key period of transforming from a green province to an ecological province,so we should pay more attention to the ecological value of forest land and keep the red line of ecological protection.On the other hand,with the constant acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in Hunan Province and the increase of various construction projects,the demand for economic construction land in Hunan Province has gradually shifted to Forestland,and a large number of forestland has been converted into economic land,give play to the function of supporting the economic growth of Hunan Province.Under the background of economic downturn,it is of great practical significance to improve the utilization efficiency of forest land,which is a scarce resource,in order to realize the goal of "Silverhill" and "green water and Green Mountains" in the Dynamic equilibrium of economic downturn.Through collecting the relevant data of Hunan Province,city(state),county(City,district)from 2012 to 2018,this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of forestland change area in Hunan Province,and finds out the actual situation and evolution trend of forestland change in Hunan Province and various regions,because of the different economic development,development planning,government policy,present situation of forest land,industry planning and so on,the change of forest land area is obviously different,and the change of forest land area is not in accordance with the demand area On this basis,dynamic and static indexes are combined to measure the benefit of forest land change in Hunan Province,at the same time,SPSS21 and Arcgis10.7 and descriptive statistics,natural cut-off point method and Tyre index were used to analyze the temporal and spatial change characteristics of forest land change in Hunan Province,the static index of Forest Land Conversion efficiency in Hunan Province is rising steadily,and the dynamic index fluctuates greatly.Spatially,the intra-group disparity is the decisive factor which affects the overall disparity of Hunan Province.The benefit difference of forest land conversion between counties and cities is obvious,and the spatial agglomeration effect between counties and cities is also obvious.In the following study,STATA15.1 is used to analyze the factors that affect the forest land conversion efficiency in Hunan Province.It is concluded that population density has no significant effect on the forest land conversion efficiency in Hunan Province,the other four factors,urbanization rate,GDP per capita,the ratio of the second and third output value to the total output value and the ratio of the industrial area,have a significant impact on the conversion efficiency of forest land.Using the exploratory spatial data analysis software Geoda,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of forest land change benefit in Hunan Province from the perspective of global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation,2012-2018 urbanization rate per capita GDP,the Moran’s I index of industrial acreage was positive,indicating that these factors had a relatively stable spatial positive correlation with the benefit of forestland conversion from 2012 to 2018.The Moran’s I index,the economic component of gross regional output,showed an upward and downward trend between 2012 and 2018,with the Moran’s I index falling to 0.006 in 2018,becoming a weak spatial positive correlation.Sentence is too long,please supply a shorter sentence.According to the results of the study,some suggestions are put forward:According to the classification of the benefit of forest land conversion in different counties and urban areas,the share of variable forest land in different counties and urban areas should be rationally allocated,and the gap of benefit value between different regions should be coordinated;To coordinate the development of the benefit of the change and utilization of forestland among regions,alleviate the existing polarization characteristics,improve the land use and management planning in the province,and emphasize the location of different regional functions,and tap the three-dimensional potential of land use,we should strengthen the development of the existing changed forest land,change the economic development mode of Hunan Province,further optimize the industrial structure,and improve the capacity of forest land utilization. |
