Ningxia is located in the Northwestern Loess Plateau,with the Mu Us Desert to the east and the Tengger Desert to the west.The Yellow River blocks the two deserts and leaves an oasis.However,with the increase in atmospheric temperature and the decrease in the amount of water coming from the Yellow River,desertification is still a disaster we have to face.Sand prevention and sand fixation to prevent soil desertification is still an arduous task we have to undertake.Therefore,it is necessary to further accelerate the advancement of desertification and desertification prevention and control work,which has very important practical significance for promoting regional economic coordination,sustainable development,and ecological civilization construction.The grass grid sand control technology is the first artificial sand control technology in Ningxia Shabotou Desert Control Station,but so far,grass grid operations are basically manual or semi-mechanized operations,with low production efficiency and high costs.Realizing the mechanized operation of grass grid sand fixation will greatly reduce the intensity of manual labor,greatly increase productivity,and reduce production costs.In response to the above problems,based on the previous research,the use of loose long grass as the raw material is designed and trial-produced small grass grid sand fixation machine,Completed the selection of each device and the design of key components,and conducted experiments on key components.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Use SOLID WORKS three-dimensional software to model the various components of the grass grid sand fixation machine and design the whole machine to realize the assembly of the whole machine.The grass grid sand fixation machine consists of three parts:working parts,auxiliary parts,and transmission parts.The crawler tractor provides traction,and the grass pad is used as the driving wheel to provide power.It can realize the four processes of grass fetching,conveying,planting and suppressing at one time.(2)Determine the shape and size of the grass pressing plate;design the grass picking device as a chain grass picker;clarify the performance evaluation index of the loose grass horizontal adjuster device,determine the structural parameters that affect the performance of the telescopic picker,and complete The design of the key components of the grass grid sand fixation machine.(3)Use ANSYS software to perform finite element analysis on key components.Through static analysis of telescopic rods and beams,it can be seen that the stress intensity and equivalent stress are far lower than the yield limit of the selected material Q235,and the maximum strain and maximum displacement are also satisfied.Design requirements.(4)The prototype was trial-produced,the operating status of the key components was checked,and the performance test of the key components of the grass grid sand fixation machine was carried out,and the expected results were achieved.
