| This experiment uses the new maize variety Shennong T100 as the material,adopts the split zone design,and sets the density(D1:60,000 plants/hm2,D2:67,500 plants/hm2,D3:75,000 plants/hm2,D4:82,500 plants/hm2)and fertilizer(F1:750kg/hm2),F2:900kg/hm2,F3:600kg/hm2).Through the determination of Shennong T100 agronomic traits,photosynthetic indicators and yield,the influence of density and fertilization on the agronomic traits and yield of Shennong T100 was studied,and the optimal planting density and fertilizer amount for Shennong T100 were explored.High-yield cultivation provides scientific basis.The main findings are as follows:1.The results of the two-year test show that both density and fertilization have a significant effect on the yield of Shennong T100.The most suitable fertilizer density combination for Shennong T100 is 750kg/hm2+6.75-75,000 plants/hm2.The effect of densification on the grain number,hundred-grain weight and dry matter weight per ear of Shennong T100 showed a decreasing trend.The effect of fertilizer increase on the number of grains per ear,100-grain weight and dry matter weight of Shennong T100 showed an increasing trend.2.Shennong T100 has good agronomic characteristics when the density is 60,000 to75,000 plants/hm2,and when the density is 60,000 plants/hm2,the stem thickness,stalk strength and lodging resistance are better than other density treatments.With the increase of density,plant height and ear height increased,stem thickness and stalk strength decreased,and the lodging rate showed an increasing trend.With the increase of fertilization,the plant height,ear height and lodging rate all showed an increasing trend,and Shennong T100 was more sensitive to density in the fertilizer treatment.3.Shennong T100 has a higher level of chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration at a density of 60,000 plants/hm2,and a higher leaf area index and a higher leaf area index at a density of 67500-75000 plants/hm2.Lower light transmittance in the lower middle layer.The leaf area index of Shennong T100 showed an increasing trend with the increase of density,the light transmittance of the population canopy showed a decreasing trend,and the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate showed a decreasing trend.With the increase of fertilization,the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate showed an increasing trend,while the intercellular CO2 showed a decreasing trend. |
