Tomato is one of the important nightshade vegetables in winter and spring in the north. In recent years, tomato facility cultivation has been seriously affected by gray leaf spot.In order to control tomato gray leaf spot, the L402 tomato variety in this experiment is a test plant. The temperature and humidity are adjusted to explore the effect of tomato gray leaf spot, and a systematic control system is established. The actual production provides a theoretical basis. The test results show that S.solani hyphae growth and sporulation can be inhibited when the temperature is lower than 24℃ or 30℃;the hyphae growth can be inhibited under the condition of humidity of 80%,and the humidity of less than 85% can effectively inhibit sporulation. And spore germination. In the test of S.solani infecting tomato leaves, the relative humidity below 80% can effectively delay the onset for 1-2 days, and the control of S.solani’s infection within 4 days after the onset can effectively inhibit the aggravation of the disease. The temperature is controlled below 18 ℃,The humidity is lower than 80% or the duration of high humidity at night is controlled below 8h to control disease development. After simulating the typical temperature and humidity environment of northern greenhouses, the humidity reduction at 80% and the night high humidity duration at 8 hours are effective in preventing diseases.
