Citrus Huanglongbing is the world’s devastating disease on the citrus industry,with the spread of the scope of the spread,the degree of harm is also more serious.In this study,small molecule compounds and small molecular compounds combined with metal ion compounds were used to carry out pathogen removal of potted plants carrying the pathogen of Huanglongbing,and the recipe for inhibiting the pathogen of Huanglongbing was screened.Bacillus sp.Pathogenized potted seedlings were used to screen the fungi which had preliminary effect on Huanglongbing,which provided the basis for the breeding of citrus virus-free seedling.The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR combined with conventional PCR method was used to analyze the three regions of Yongchun Fujian province,Ganzhou Jiangxi province,Qiongzhong Hainan province,Of the citrus HLB pathogens were tested;the main experimental results are as follows:1.HLB Pathogen removal of small molecule compound: A small molecule compound pathogen removal was performed on the seedlings that were still positive after the STG.After 3 treatments,the highest pathogen removal rate of Huanglong disease was63.2% The results showed that T3(0.3ml / L)and T3(0.5ml / L)had 40% of the pathogen removal rate of 1-year-old potted seedlings,and the results were as follows: The pathogen removal rate was 71.4%.After three treatments and three treatments with T3(0.5ml / L),the plants that still carry the pathogen of Huanglongbing were treated three times.After 9 treatments,The pathogen removal rate of potted plants was 100%,and the rate of pathogen removal was 58.9% in 5-6 years.The results of the experiment were carried out on the plants infected with the pathogen of Huanglongbing from the Ganzhou Citrus Research Institute in Jiangxi Province.After three irrigation and 6 infusion drip treatments,the pathogens were removed by the method of T3(0.5ml / L)The rate of only33.3%,it can be seen,T3 on different sources of citrus seedlings pathogen removal effect is different.2.The results showed that the pathogen removal rate of T26 + M was 75%,the pathogen removal rate of T23 + M was 62.5%,and that of T3 + The pathogen removal rate of H3 + M was only 22.2%.T23(0.5 ml / L)+ M and T26(0.3 ml / L)+ M,T26(0.5ml / L)+ M were used to treat the infants with drip irrigation after three treatments.The results showed that the pathogen removal rate of T26(0.3 ml / L)+ M and T26(0.5 ml /L)+ M was 75% higher than that of T23(0.5 ml / L)+ M The The untreated rate was87.5% after treatment with T26(0.5ml / L)+ M for 3 times of rooting and 3 times of infusion drip.The results showed that the pathogen removal rate was 66.7% after three times of irrigation and 6 infusion drip irrigation.The results showed that the pathogen removal rate was 66.7% The3.The pathogen removal rate of Bacillus sp.GJ1,GJ2,GJ3 was used to remove pathogens of Huanglongbing.The pathogen removal rate of GJ1 treatment was 100%after 2 treatments,However,the results showed that the pathogen removal rate was only33.3% after 2 treatments,indicating that there were differences in the detoxification effect of Bacillus fungicides on different sources of Huanglongbing.4.The molecular detection of Huanglongbing pathogens: the detection of Yongchun Fujian province,Ganzhou Jiangxi province and Qiongzhong Hainan province.Yongchun Fujian province 2 batches of 14 samples of the total detection rate of 92.9%,The naked eye can be seen with Huanglongbing symptoms of the detection of molecules by the detection rate of 90%;Ganzhou Jiangxi province two batches of 62 samples of the total detection rate of 30.7%,,The naked eye can be seen with Huanglong disease symptoms of the detection of molecules by the detection rate of 100%;The total detection rate of 60 samples in Qiongzhong Hainan province was 52.3%,,The naked eye can be seen with Huanglong disease symptoms of the detection of molecules by the detection rate of95.2%.
