| China is in short supply of water resources,and it is a large agricultural country.The amount of water used in agriculture is huge,and China’s irrigation system is not perfect,resulting in low utilization of water resources and serious problems of wasting water.Therefore,how to use water more accurately becomes an urgent problem to be solved.With the rapid development of modern technology,image inference of crop physiological parameters has become a trend.From the perspective of images,combined with image data and crop parameter data,the inevitable connection between images and crop irrigation is derived,and the theoretical basis for guiding accurate irrigation images is laid.The main work and innovation as follows:(1)Research on scaling and denoising algorithm based on HSV spatial wavelet.The scaled-down denoising algorithm is used to deal with the denoising principle of object data from one-dimensional to two-dimensional image data.When de-noising the crop image under natural illumination,it is selected to denoise only the luminance component of the image in HSV space.The wheat image is used as an example to verify the denoising effect of the algorithm.The results show that the image is smoothed after denoising and nonew noise is added.(2)Research on K-means segmentation algorithm based on adaptive fruit fly algorithm.In view of the shortcoming that K-means algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum,the adaptive fruit fly algorithm is used to select the initial clustering center.In order to speed up the operation of the algorithm,the adaptive fruit fly algorithm step size is adjusted according to the clustering error.The crop image in different periods and different weathers is used as an example to analyze the performance of the improved algorithm.Based on the image segmentation,the crop coverage data is calculated.The accuracy of coverage data is more than 90%compared with the ground truth value.The relationship between crop coverage and crop coefficient is fitted by combining crop meteorological data,and the determination coefficient R~2is 0.9531.(3)Research on adaptive NSCT image fusion algorithm based on IHS transform.Aiming at the problem of spectral distortion of IHS transform image fusion algorithm,adaptive NSCT algorithm is used to decompose and synthesize variables from multi-scale and multi-direction.The decomposition layers are adaptively adjusted according to the size of the fusion image,and different strategies are adopted according to the characteristics of high and low frequency components.Four objective evaluation indexes of image fusion are superior to the original algorithm.Based on the fusion results,crop coordinates are obtained,crop temperature is extracted and crop water stress index is calculated with corresponding software,which lays a theoretical foundation for further research. |
