| Nowadays,the modernization level of pig farm is very high,but bacterial diseases,especially respiratory diseases,still exist in large-scale pig farms all year round.Haemophilus parasuis,Streptococcus and Pasteurella multocida are the most common pathogens causing respiratory diseases in pigs.In the ordinary process of drug use,bacteria often produce drug resistance.It is great significance of understanding the drug resistance of bacteria for pig farms to formulate scientific drug plan.In this experiment,187 respiratory tract samples-collected from pig farms of Fujian Province were grouped and counted,including 75 nursery piglets,72 fattening pigs and 40 sows.Pasteurella,Streptococcus and Haemophilus parasuis were isolated and identified by culture characteristics,staining and biochemical test.The three pathogens were purified and cultured,and the drug sensitivity test was carried out.The drug resistance was analyzed.According to the drug resistance results of three pig farms under different background,the corresponding improvement test was formulated to explore the scientific drug delivery scheme.The results showed that the proportion of pathogenic bacteriaisolated from nursery piglets,fattening pigs and sows were 72%,56.94%and 25%,respectively.42 strains of Haemophilus parasuis,32 strains of Pasteurella and 31 strains of Streptococcus were isolated,accounting for22.46%,17.11% and 16.58% respectively.It was found that the drug resistance rate of 42 clinical isolates of Haemophilus parasuis to florfenicol,amoxicillin,azithromycin and cefotaxime was 16.67%,4.76%and 7.14%,respectively;The resistance rates of 31 strains of Streptococcus to cefotaxime,ampicillin,florfenicol and erythromycin were 9.68%,19.35%,21.58% and 93.55%,respectively;The resistance rate to cefotaxime was the lowest,followed by florfenicol,and the resistance rate to kanamycin was 85.71%.The three pathogens showed high resistance to gentamicin,and the drug resistance rate was more than80%.The sensitivity rate to compound sulfamethoxazole,enrofloxacin and tetracyclines was not high.Some strains were low sensitive to florfenicol and quinolones.In the experiment of three pig farms,the existence of multi-drug resistance was also found.There were 17 kinds of drug resistance spectrum of HPS,11 kinds of drug resistance spectrum of SS,12 kinds of drug resistance spectrum of PM,and more than 50% of the strains were resistant to more than three times.The use of antibiotics in the three pig farms was standardized,and the whole treatment process was completed for individuals.On the whole,the treatment effect in the three farms wasimproved.In conclusion,the three respiratory pathogens-isolated from the experiment were relatively common in the stage of piglet conservation,and Haemophilus was also widespread.These bacteria are now resistant to the antibiotics and have multiple resistance spectrum,which are commonly used in big farm.Scientific and rational use of these drugs will help reduce the incidence rate and mortality of pig farms.The results of this study have a certain reference for the scientific selection of antibiotics to prevent and treat the respiratory diseases in pig farms. |
