Chitin and its derivatives have much application value due to its various structures and compositions.China is rich in marine resources, which makes it possible to provide a large number of chitin materials for agricultural production. At the same time, the recycling of shrimp and crab wastes is in line with the current national policy of garbage classification and resource recycling. An Acinetobacter ZJU-1 was obtained by isolating chitin degrading strains. The function of Acinetobacter ZJU-1 was identified and its effect on vegetable growth was analyzed1.A chitinase degrading Acinetobacter ZJU-1 with fast growth and high chitinase activity was obtained by screening, isolating and identifying chitin degrading strains from shrimp shells.2.Using shrimp shells, crab shells and crude chitin as materials, the degrading effect of Acinetobacter ZJU-1 on shrimp and crab shells was studied by determining the content of chitooligosaccharide produced after degrading. The results showed that Acinetobacter ZJU-1 had great ability to degrade shrimp and crab shells.3.The effect of chitin fermentation broth of Acinetobacter ZJU-1 on the growth of F.oxysporum f.sp.Lycopersici and F.oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum was studied. The results showed that the chitin fermentation broth of Acinetobacter ZJU-1 had great inhibitory activity against the growth of F.oxysporum.4.The effect of chitin fermentation broth of Acinetobacter ZJU-1 on the growth of vegetables was studied with tomato and cucumber as materials. The results showed that the chitin fermentation broth of Acinetobacter ZJU-1 could promote the growth of vegetables.
