Xinjiang,especially in southern Xinjiang,has sufficient light and heat resources,low drought and rainfall,and large temperature difference between day and night,which is very conducive to red jujube blooming and fruiting.It is the most suitable area for planting red jujube in the world.Dongzao is a famous late-maturing fresh food species in the jujube genus,and it is also the best quality fresh-eaten date variety.Harvesting operations account for about 40% of the entire winter jujube production process,and it is the most time-consuming and laborious link.At present,the winter jujube harvesting is mainly manual,and the mechanization of winter jujube harvesting has become a difficulty restricting the development of the winter jujube industry.This paper conducts experimental research on the vibration harvesting parameters of winter jujube,and provides theoretical basis and key parameter basis for the research of vibrating winter jujube harvesting machinery.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Determination and analysis of related parameters of stalk separation force and maturity of Winter jujube.The determination of the fruit hardness,soluble solid content and stalk separation force of Winter jujube in the mature period showed that as Winter matured,the stalk separation force and fruit hardness value of Winter jujube showed a downward trend,and the soluble solid content of Winter jujube showed an increase first.After a downward trend.Using SPSS25.0 software to analyze the influence of the fruit hardness and soluble solid content of Winter jujube on the separation force of the stalk,it shows that the separation force of the stalk of Winter jujube decreases with the decrease of the fruit hardness and the increase of the soluble solid content,that is,with The separation force of the mature fruit stalk of Winter jujube is continuously reduced.(2)Finite element modeling and simulation analysis of Winter Jujube tree.Using Solid Works software to model the winter jujube tree,import it into ANSYS for modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.The analysis results show that there is a certain degree of independence between the branches of the winter jujube tree,and the vibration of the winter jujube tree should be in the form of branch vibration.When the excitation frequency is 12 Hz,17Hz,19 Hz,the winter jujube tree can produce greater vibration acceleration.When the excitation force is about 12 Hz,17Hz,the winter jujube tree can obtain a greater stress and deformation response for vibration harvesting.During the test,the vibration frequency can be selected in the range of 12~20Hz for test research.(3)Experiment and research on vibration harvesting of winter jujube.Determine the vibration position,vibration frequency,amplitude,vibration time,vibration head type as the test factors,and take the winter jujube harvest rate and the unqualified rate as the test indicators.Adopt single factor test and quadratic regression rotation orthogonal combination test,use Design-Expert12.0 software,establish regression model between test factors and indicators,analyze the influence law of significant influencing factors on test indicators,and get the best of each factor Optimal parameter combination: Vibration position(The ratio of the height of the clamping position from the ground to the length of the jujube branch)is 0.85,amplitude is 12 mm,vibration frequency is 16 Hz,vibration time is 6s,eight-claw vibrating head,and tested and verified.The test results show that they are basically consistent with the optimized results.(4)Vibration harvested winter jujube quality comparison test.The vibration-harvested and artificially harvested winter jujubes were stored in a refrigerator at 0°C for 60 days.The weight loss rate and fruit hardness of the winter jujubes were measured every 10 days to analyze whether the vibration harvesting had a significant effect on the quality of the winter jujube.The results showed that the vibration harvesting had a significant effect on the quality of the winter jujube.There is no significant difference in the quality of winter jujube harvested and artificially harvested,and it is feasible to adopt vibration harvesting for winter jujube.
