Camellia nitidissima belongs to Theaceae Mirb.(1816)and Camellia L.It is one of the first class national protected plants.Its flowers and leaves have high medicinal and nutritional value.In order to promote the development of Camellia nitidissima industry,improve the output and quality of Camellia nitidissima,drive farmers in Guangxi to get rid of poverty and become rich,identify the cultivation environment of Camellia nitidissima in different regions,so as to investigate the cultivation environment of Camellia nitidissima in different tree species and different canopy density in two regions of southern and northern Guangxi,the results are as follows:(1)Analysis on the growth of Camellia nitidissima in two regions of southern and northern Guangxi under the full-light environment:The experimental investigation of the growth of Camellia nitidissima in two regions and four cities under different geographical conditions was carried out,and three sample areas were set up for investigation in each area.Result analysis:The height,crown diameter,flower bud differentiation,and chlorophyll content of Camellia nitidissima in Fangchenggang,southern Guangxi were 162.89 cm,85.89 cm,40.48 and 0.41 mg/g,which were significantly higher than those of the other three locations.The height,crown diameter,and amount of flower bud differentiation of scented Camellia nitidissima are the lowest at 145.26 cm,70.00 cm,and 17.84;the fresh leaf weight and leaf area of Jiuwu Camellia nitidissima in Lingchuan,northern Guangxi are significantly higher than those on Dazhou Island in northern Guangxi,with 1.65 g and1.65 g,respectively.At 46.00 cm~2,the fresh leaf weight and leaf area of Hepu Camellia nitidissima in southern Guangxi were significantly higher than those in Fangchenggang,0.90 g and 50.56 cm~2,respectively.There was no significant difference in the protein content of Camellia nitidissima in southern Guangxi and northern Guangxi,respectively,0.037 mg/g.Lingchuan Jiuwu 0.043 mg/g,Beihai Hepu 0.039 mg/g,Fangchenggang 0.039 mg/g,the fresh leaf weight and leaf area of the Camellia nitidissima in northern Guangxi were significantly higher than those in southern Guangxi.(2)Growth analysis of different shade tree species of Camellia nitidissima in northern Guangxi under canopy closed environment:The experimental investigation is to analyze the growth of Camellia nitidissima under the conditions of different canopy closures of two tree species,and set up 3 sample plots for each canopy closure.Result analysis:When the canopy closure of Broussonetia papyrifera is 0.30,the height of the tree is 299.21 cm,which is significantly higher than the average tree height of the other seven canopy closures;when the canopy closure of the two species of Taxus Chinensis and Broussonetia papyrifera is 0.30,The average crown diameters were 181.95 cm and 202.28 cm,respectively,and the difference was not significant;when the Taxus chinensis canopy density was 0.30,the flower bud differentiation amount was the highest,reaching 139.03,which was significantly different from the other 7 canopy closures;When the closure was 0.30,the fresh leaf weight of a single leaf was the highest,2.03 g and 2.10 g,respectively;when the mulberry canopy closure was 0.30,the single leaf area was 41.70 cm~2,which was significantly higher than the average of the other 7 canopies.When the Taxus chinensis canopy density is0.30,the chlorophyll content is the highest,reaching 0.88 mg/g,followed by the Taxus chinensis canopy density of 0.30,the chlorophyll content is 0.72 mg/g,which is significant with the average of the other 6 canopy closures Difference;when the canopy density of Broussonetia papyrifera is 0.3,its protein content is the highest,reaching 0.062 mg/g;followed by the canopy closure of Taxus chinensis is 0.30,0.50,and the protein content of Broussonetia papyrifera is 0.054 mg/g,0.050 mg/g,0.050mg/g,which is significantly different from the other 4 canopy closures.(3)Growth analysis of different shade tree species of southern Guangxi Camellia nitidissima in canopy closed environment:The experimental investigation is to analyze the growth of Camellia nitidissima under different canopy closure conditions with five shade tree species in two areas,and set up 3 sample plots for each canopy closure.Result analysis:When the canopy density is 0.30,the height and crown diameter of Camellia nitidissima under the shade of Sandalwood are the highest,218.20 cm and 168.43 cm,respectively.The amount of flower bud differentiation and protein content under the shade of Chrysanthemum pear is the highest,reaching137.70、0.043 mg/g,the fresh leaf weight under the shade of Pachira macrocarpa is the highest,1.25 g,and the leaf area under the shade of Eucalyptus is relatively largest,33.74 cm~2;when the canopy density is 0.50,the Camellia nitidissima under the shade of Sandalwood is taller,The crown diameters were relatively highest,218.20 cm and168.43 cm,respectively.The flower bud differentiation and chlorophyll content of Camellia nitidissima were the highest under the shade of Chrysanthemum pear,177.13 and 0.72 mg/g,respectively.The relative weight is the highest at 1.45 g.The leaf area and protein content of Eucalyptus under shade are the highest at 37.09 cm~2and 0.052 mg/g respectively;when the canopy closure is 0.75,the height and fresh leaf weight of the Camellia nitidissima under shade The relative highest values are207.15 cm and 1.96 g respectively.The crown diameter,flower bud differentiation and protein content of Camellia nitidissima under the shade of Chrysanthemum pear are relatively highest,which are 134.54 cm,290.87 and 0.049 mg/g,respectively.The gold under the shade of Eucalyptus The area of Camellia nitidissima is relatively highest,44.20 cm~2,and the chlorophyll content of the Camellia nitidissima under the shade of Sandalwood is relatively highest,reaching 0.69 mg/g;when the canopy density is 0.85,the height,leaf area,and protein content of the Camellia nitidissima under the shade of Eucalyptus relatively highest,206.51 cm,40.46 cm~2,0.045 mg/g,respectively.The crown diameter,flower bud differentiation,and chlorophyll content of Chrysanthemum pear under shading are relatively highest,140.56 cm,109.37 and0.55 mg/g,respectively.The fresh leaf weight of Camellia nitidissima in the shade is the highest,which is 1.16 g.In summary,in the four regions of the two regions,under the full light environment,Camellia nitidissima is more suitable for planting in Fangchenggang area in southern Guangxi;Camellia nitidissima in northern Guangxi enters the adult flowering and production period,and the canopy closure under the Taxus chinensis forest is maintained between 0.3 and 0.4.Camellia nitidissima is the most suitable for growth,followed by a canopy closure of 0.30 under the forest;the growth of Camellia nitidissima is best when the canopy closure is 0.75 in southern Guangxi.From the analysis of shade tree species,when Chrysanthemum pear was used as a shade tree,the amount of flower bud differentiation was significantly higher than that of the other three shade trees.However,the physiological and morphological indicators of Camellia nitidissima grown under Sandalwood,Pachira macrocarpa and Eucalyptus were not significantly different.
