Chilli veinal mottle virus(ChiVMV)is a type of Potyvirus, which has spread worldwide. In recent years,it has also been found to spread in many major pepper producing areas in China. In this study,200 F2population progeny obtained from the hybridization of Capsicum chinense were used as materials, and the pepper vein mottle virus kit(ELISA)was used to determine their susceptibility, and the major gene-polygene inheritance method was used to study the inheritance of the F2population against ChiVMV.The results showed that the inheritance of Capsicum chinense resistance to ChiVMV is controlled by two major genes, showing an additive-dominant effect. The heritability of major genes was 74.66%,and the environmental variation was 25.34%.The heritability of major genes is relatively high, which is affected by environmental factors to a certain extent. In the breeding of ChiVMV-resistant varieties, selecting highly resistant varieties and paying attention to the use of dominant effects is conducive to speeding up the breeding process.Through the correlation analysis between the ChiVMV susceptibility and agronomic traits of Capsicum chinense,it was found that ChiVMV may affected the growth of the plant and nutritional quality of the Capsicum chinense.Heat shock protein 70(HSP70)is a kind of specific stress protein produced by plants in response to stress.Based on the genome data of Capsicum chinense, the whole genome identification of HSP70 gene family was carried out by bioinformatics method.Twenty HSP70 genes were identified, with the length of coding protein ranging from 516 AA to854 AA and the molecular weight ranging from 56.21 k Da to 94.26 k Da.We also determined the chromosome location, gene structure and the encoded protein 3D prediction model of these gene.Phylogenetic analysis showed that HSP70 gene family was divided into three subfamilies:A,B and C.Comparative transcriptome analysis showed that there were 16 HSP70 genes responsive to heat stress.
