Aiming at our current problem of single apple quality inspection index and single apple storage environment monitoring index,to achieve the function of apple’s quality classification in multi-index and the environment monitoring for storage.This paper analyzes 4 key indicators that can inspect the appearance and quality of apple,and several 8 key environmental indicators that affect the apple storage and fresh-keeping period,and studies a measuring instrument that can detect the appearance quality and storage indicators of fresh apples.The lower computer is composed of a microprocessor-based sensor group and image capture,Team work with the PC-side upper computer to build the appearance quality and storage index system of fresh apple combining hardware and software.Expand the 4appearance qualities of fresh apples,including weight,apple’s width,fruit index and coloring area,and 8 storage environment indicators including temperature,humidity,aromatic hydrocarbons,ethylene content oxygen content,carbon dioxide content,PM2.5,PM10.Data collection was conducted on 100 apples,which realized the multi-index appearance quality classification of apples and the monitoring and save of storage environment indexes.And complete the test and analysis of the system.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:Hardware circuit design.The hardware of the system is a hardware circuit based on STM32F103 microprocessor and two digital cameras,In order to achieving the monitoring and storage function of fresh apple appearance quality classification and storage index.By analyzing the related requirements of the control circuit,data collection and various environmental indicators,6 sensors,a microprocessor and two digital cameras suitable for this system are selected.electronic devices are relatively mounted to the microcontroller,in the regard of different communication protocols.System software design.The system can be divided into two parts: inspection program to inspect its appearance quality and monitoring program to monitor storage environment.The appearance quality detection program is designed with a microprocessor-controlled weight sensor for collected wight data;The host computer performs image recognition,feature extraction and other operations on the image;Devised the host computer program that can grade the quality of apple,by which the appearance quality data of apple can be displayed,and the processing of apple grading is completed.a controlling program for microcontroller is designed,in order to initiate electronic devices,as well as to control the data transmission.An application on storage indices monitoring procedure is designed.In the application,Py Qt5 package is used to receive data from serial and show the real-time statistics on the screen.The Threading module realizes the regular storage of data to an Excel file,and the OSS2 module realizes cloud backup of data files.Functional testing and data analysis.In the appearance quality function tests,100 apples were selected,the appearance quality inspection of the apples and the quality classification of the apples were completed.The storage environment monitoring system tested the results of system monitoring data in different environments.At the same time,the system can periodically store the storage environment monitoring data in a local Excel file in a specified format,and realize the cloud backup of data.Finally,complete the accuracy analysis of apple appearance quality inspection,in which the average error of apple weight,fruit diameter and fruit index three quality indicators is 0.9827 g,2.1431 mm and 0.0317,the standard deviation is 0.7831 g,1.2731 mm and 0.3149,apple quality detection accuracy is 95%.Complete the fluctuation analysis of storage environment monitoring data. |
