| Straw recycling is a hot research topic in recent years. The solution of the straw problem has a great promotion effect on agricultural production, and can additionally increase the economic benefits of agricultural products, and can effectively control agricultural ecological environmental pollution and other problems.Cotton stalks have excellent physical properties, and their tissue structure is very similar to wood. The recombinant wood produced can replace traditional wood very well. However, processing into recombinant wood requires peeling, drying, sizing, paving, and heat.Pressing and other processes can only be completed. The peeling process is very important and can directly affect the strength of the cotton stalk. At present, most of the machines for peeling cotton stalks peel the cotton stalks in a deconsolidated manner, which not only destroys the structure of the xylem of the cotton stalk, but also causes the loss of the xylem. In order to solve the problem of peeling cotton stalks under the condition of ensuring that the stalks of the cotton stalks are not damaged, the author has designed a rubbing type cotton stalk peeling machine. The machine is powered by dual motors and can achieve no damage to the stalks. The function of peeling cotton stalks is based on the evaluation index of cotton stalk peeling rate and xylem loss rate.(1)Research on the physical and mechanical properties of cotton stalks: This article focuses on the cotton stalks with a length of 100 mm and a diameter between 10 and 25 mm;using horizontal grain compression,it is measured under different moisture content conditions Compressive strength changes. After repeated tests, the transverse compressive strength of the cotton stalk section is 1.121~4.887 MPa.When peeling, the moisture content of the cotton stalk section is about 20%-40%.The strength is the best, and the xylem is not easily destroyed when peeling.(2)Overall scheme structure design of the rubbing type cotton stalk peeling machine:The peeling requirement of the machine is to make the cotton stalk peeling rate reach above85%,and the xylem loss rate is below 10%.The complete machine designed based on this requirement uses dual motors as the power source, and is composed of a hopper,a kneading device,an abrasive belt grinding and conveying device,a material distribution plate and a collection box.(3)Design and calculation of key parts: Based on the design of the whole machine and related experimental data research, combined with the analysis of the physical and mechanical characteristics of cotton stalks, the selection of the power part of the kneading device and the belt grinding and conveying device is mainly detailed Parameter design. It is calculated that the working power of the kneading device is 5.1k W,and the working power of the belt grinding and conveying device is 2.06 k W.(4)Finite element analysis and optimization of important components: The ANSYS software was used to perform finite element static analysis on the rubbing plate and belt roller of the rubbing cotton stalk peeling machine.Through the strength report obtained by the analysis, the core components The material selection and structure size are optimized;through the kinematic analysis of the abrasive belt grinding and conveying device and the kneading device, and the rational analysis of the belt drive,to ensure the peeling effect of the rubbing cotton stalk peeling machine.(5)Peeling test of prototype: Through single factor and quadratic regression orthogonal test, the peeling rate of cotton stalk and the loss rate of xylem are evaluated as indicators, the rotation speed of the kneading support, the inclination angle of the kneading plate, and the mesh number of the abrasive belt For the influencing factors, the optimal parameter combination of the experiment was found: the inclination angle of the rubbing board was 24°,the mesh number of the abrasive belt was 80 mesh, and the speed of the rubbing board was375r/min.The peeling rate of cotton stalks is above 85% and the loss rate of xylem is below10%,which can basically meet the requirements of peeling cotton stalks. |
