Effects Of Bacillus Subtilis And Essential Oil On Reproductive Performance,serum Index And Fecal Flora Of Xuefeng Black Bone Hens In The Early Stage Of Laying | Posted on:2021-09-16 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:W Liu | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2493306518985829 | Subject:Master of Agriculture | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | This research,different concentrations of compound preparation of bacillus subtilis and essential oil as feed additives,in the xuefeng black bone hens of in the early stage of laying as experimental animals,in animal feeding experiments,comparing its laying performance,reproductive performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indices,immune indices,hormone indices,antioxidant indices and fecal flora quantity.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of probiotics combined with essential oils on the production performance,reproductive performance and health status of broiler breeder,and to explore the optimal dosage of bacillus subtilis and essential oil.768 healthy 24-week-old yellow-feathered xuefeng black-bone hens with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicas.Hens in the control group(group A)were fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet,hens in experimental groups(group B,C and D)were fed the same basal diets with 300mg/kg,600mg/kg and900mg/kg compound preparation of bacillus subtilis and essential oil,The adjustment period lasted for 7 days,and experimental period lasted for 84 days.The results showed as follows:1)At week 1 to 4,compared with the control group,food intake in groups C and D significantly decreased(P<0.05),and during week 9 to 12 of the experiment,the egg production rate of group D increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).From week 1 to week 12,the egg production rate in group D showed an upward trend compared with that in the control group(0.05<P<0.1).At week 5 to 12,Compared with the control group,the incubation rate of fertilized eggs in each test group increased significantly(P<0.05).2)At the end of the 8th week of the experiment,the yolk index of group B and D increased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the 12th week,the egg was placed under normal temperature and humidity for 1month,and the yolk index of test group C and D increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).3)Serum ALP activity of xuefeng black-bone hens in groups B and D was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),TC content in groups D was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and P content in group C was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).4)Serum levels of TNF-αin xuefeng black-bone hens in group C were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and serum levels of IL-6 in groups B and C were significantly higher(P<0.05).The serum AIV-Ab level in each test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5)The serum PTH content in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),Serum E2levels in group B and D were significantly increased in the control group(P<0.05),T-AOC activity in group C and D was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.001),and GSH-PX levels in group C and D were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).6)At the end of the second and eighth week of the test,the contents of subtilis in the feces of each test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the content of lactobacillus in group C and total anaerobic flora in group C and D was significantly higher than that in the control group at the second weekend of the experiment(P<0.05).7)The economic benefits of Xuefeng black bone chicken in Group B,C and D increased by 4.81%、7.16%and 14.95%respectively compared with the control group.In summary,adding compound preparation of bacillus subtilis and essential oil in basic diet can improve the reproductive performance of xuefang black bone chicken,improve some serum biochemical indexes,improve the antioxidant capacity of serum,and increase the number of beneficial bacteria in feces.The additive amount of 900 mg/kg was the best. | Keywords/Search Tags: | bacillus subtilis, essential oi, xuefeng black bone hens, production performance, reproductive performance, egg quality, serum index, fecal flora | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
