| The Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,that was cultivated 2-year in uninoculated mycorrhizal fungi nursery,were as the research material.The quality of seedlings was explored under the two-factor treatment of ectomycorrhizal fungi inoculation and exponential fertilization.That will provide a theoretical basis for precision fertilization P.sylvestris mycorrhization seedlings.The 8 kinds of ectomycorrhizal fungi were equally mixed inoculation in the process of seedling transplanting,and no inoculation seedlings were used as a control.The six treatment combination included exponential fertilization(EF),double exponential fertilization(DEF),conventional fertilization(CF),inoculation + exponential fertilization(JEF),inoculation + double exponential fertilization(JDEF),inoculation + conventional fertilization(JCF).To prevent the migration of fungi and the interplay of fertilization,the treatments are separated by PVC partitions.The results showed that:(1)Compared with CF treatment,EF and DEF increased the growth and physiological indicators of seedlings,including seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,root-to-shoot ratio,chlorophyll,and seedling nutrients and non-structural carbon,under the different inoculation treatment.The above indicators were improved significantly under EF treatment.(2)Under the inoculation and non-inoculation treatments,the fertilizing amount of DEF treatment was higher than that EF treatment,but the fertilization effect in EF was lower than that in DEF.The seedling growth and fertilizer were inhibited and wasted in the later stage seedling under DEF treatment,respectively.(3)The nutrient absorption was improved after mycorrhizal formation.The seedling indicators difference were not significant between mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal seedlings in the early growth stage.The seedling indicators of mycorrhizal seedling was higher than non-mycorrhizal seedlings in the later stage of growth.(4)The exponential fertilization method increased significantly the seedlings nutrient loading,improved the biomass allocation in different organs of seedling,and promoted seedling growth.The inoculation treatment and the exponential fertilization treatment had an interactive effect on seedling height and biomass.(5)The seedling indicators and quality index were the largest under JEF treatment,that indicated that inoculation and EF treatment had the best effect on seedling growth.The above technology can be promoted to obtain high-quality seedlings in seedling cultivation,increase the survival rate of afforestation. |
