In order to study the spatial dynamics of wind-sand flow particles in near-surface soil wind erosion,the traditional method is to place a sand collector in the wind-sand flow to collect wind erosion materials and analyze their distribution in vertical height.However,the direct placement of the sand collector in the sand flow will inevitably cause local changes to the sand flow field.At the same time,after a long time test of the sand collector,its sand collection box will be full of dust particles,which increases the disassembly and cleaning procedures,which affects the test and reduces test efficiency.Therefore,this article uses a high-precision CCD linear sensor for the non-contact test of sand flow particles.The main principle is: when the light emitted by the line light source shines on the CCD photosensitive surface,the sand flow particles in the flow channel are detected from the line light source and the CCD at the same time.The timer of the STM32 processor is used to generate pulses to drive the linear CCD sensor TCD2901 D for image acquisition.The acquisition results are transmitted to the upper computer through serial communication.Finally,the image waveform display software can be used to conveniently view the sensor test result of the result of sand flow particles.The sensor was calibrated through the micro-wind tunnel,and the approximate linear relationship between the average of the proportion of measuring points and the theoretical concentration value was obtained.The OFDY-1.2 wind erosion wind tunnel experiment was further carried out and the average test error was 10.18%.The results show that the high-precision CCD linear sensor can roughly test the sand flow particles in the unit space,and can provide technical support for the subsequent development of a sand-dust concentration tester based on the high-precision CCD linear sensor and realize the field non-contact monitoring of near-surface soil wind erosion.
