| Probiotics can grow in the intestines of chicken and affect their intestinal health. This experiment was explored the effects of probiotic additives on blood indicators,short-chain fatty acids(SCFA),intestinal morphology, and intestinal flora of Lingshan native chickens. In the experiment,3,200 healthy Guangxi Lingshan native chickens with similar body conditions were selected.Among them,405 roosters were randomly divided into three treatment groups ABC,with three replicates in each group, and 310 birds in each replicate.Compound probiotics(1000g/t)were added to group A,Clostridium butyricum(500g/t)was added to group B,and group C was a blank control. The 405 hens were randomly divided into three groups of DEF,with three replicates in each group,and310 birds in each replicate.Compound probiotics(1000g/t)were added to group D,Clostridium butyricum(500g/t)was added to group E,and group F was a blank control. In the experiment, samples were taken at the age of 7,24,and 49 days, and the feeding mode was adopted during the experiment PHase. The results of the experiment are as follows:1)The growth performance:Dietary supplementation of compound probiotics and Clostridium butyricum had no significant effects on the growth performance of Lingshan native chickens(P > 0.05).2)Blood indicators: The 24-day-old sampling results showed that the total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein of group B were significantly higher than those of group AC(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, group A immunoglobulin M was extremely significantly increased(P<0.05).0.01).The 49-day-old sampling results showed that the total cholesterol of group B was significantly lower than that of group AC(P<0.01),and the high-density lipoprotein was significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05),and triglycerides were significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.01).0.05).The neutro PHil count in group A was significantly lower than that in group BC(P<0.01).3)Intestinal morphology: Compared with group F,group D had a significant increase in jejunum-to-villus ratio at 24 days(P<0.05).In the duodenum at 49 days, the thickness of the intestinal wall and the thickness of the mucosa in the D group were significantly lower than those in the EF group(P<0.01);compared with the control group, the villus-to-crypto ratio was significantly higher(P<0.05).In the 49-day jejunum, compared with the control group, the villus height of group A was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the thickness of the mucosal layer and the thickness of the intestinal wall were significantly reduced(P<0.05).And the cashmere-to-crypto ratio of group A was significantly higher than that of group BC(P<0.01).The height of villi and the thickness of mucosa in group D were significantly higher than those in group EF(P<0.05),and the villus-to-hidden ratio was significantly higher than that in group F(P<0.05).4)SCFA and 16 s sequencing: The results of 24 d and 49 d both showed that the butyric acid content of group C was significantly lower than that of group AB(P<0.01),while group B was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05);group F was very significantly lower In the DE group(P<0.01),the E group was significantly higher than the D group(P<0.05).At the phylum level, the addition of compound probiotics increased the Proteobacteria at 24 and 49 days of age, while reducing the relative abundance of Firmicutes. At the genus level, the addition of Clostridium butyricum increased the relative abundance of the Bacteroides PHylum, but decreased the relative abundance of the Proteus PHylum at 49 days;the addition of complex bacteria can increase Lactobacillus,Pasteurella(only 24d),and Clostridium,The relative abundance of Prevotella.Reduce the relative abundance of Bacteroides.Spearman’ s correlation analysis showed that Lactobacillus was positively correlated with acetic acid and isobutyric acid in the intestines, and Faecoccus was negatively correlated with acetic acid and propionic acid.In summary, the two probiotic additives can change and promote the intestinal health of chicken. The compound bacteria can increase the serum ig M level, duodenum and jejunum tortoise ratio, ileal butyric acid content, and relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Lactobacillus and Prevotella in Lingshan chickens.Clostridium butyricum can reduce the blood lipid level and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria in Lingshan chickens, and increase the ileal butyric acid content and the relative abundance of Bacteroides. Therefore, the compound probiotics have a better effect on improving the intestinal morphology of Lingshan native chickens and adjusting the intestinal flora. |
