Abstract/Summary:
Classical Swine Fever(CSF)is a highly contagious disease caused by Classical Swine Fever Virus(CSFV),which has a great impact on the livestock industry.The CSFV E2 antibody is the main target for the immune response of porcine CSFV infection and protection.Therefore,the detection of CSFV E2 can be used as a reliable health indicator for diagnosis.However,the general detection method consumes time,energy and money,so the detection of CSFV E2 There is a need for a sensitive,simple and inexpensive method.In recent years,magnetoelastic sensors have attracted much attention due to their high sensitivity,low cost,non-contact measurement and no power supply.Therefore,the use of magnetoelastic sensors to detect pig serum can solve this problem,but the acquisition of detection data The staff still needs to visit the site in person,and the process is cumbersome.Therefore,the system in this paper designs and develops an Android mobile phone host computer based on the existing magnetoelastic sensor detector in the laboratory.The software is based on the Android studio development platform and the development language is Java.This article first analyzes the requirements of the upper computer software of the detector,and divides the software development tasks into four parts: Bluetooth communication channel establishment,transmission protocol formulation,data curve filtering and denoising,and data storage and query.The specific requirements of each part are analyzed.Then proceed to the system design,and select the development environment and database environment after the design is completed.Carry out the development of the upper computer on the Android mobile phone,complete the integration of the real-time system and the information system,use the Java Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE)API to build the Bluetooth communication channel with the lower computer,and based on the current BLE communication integrity detection method Propose and realize a new detection method.MPAChart is used to realize the conversion of numerical value to curve and real-time display of curve,and SQL Server is used for data storage to realize the basic function application of the upper computer of the intelligent magnetoelasticity detector.Since the data returned by the sensor will get some noise due to factors such as the environment and itself,the direct use of the original data will cause the final result to be biased.Therefore,the system in this paper uses a combination of software and hardware to filter the data.First,the 9th-order Butterworth filter is processed by the hardware filter circuit,and then the wavelet threshold noise reduction method is used to obtain stable and accurate data information and smooth Data graph.Finally,the Android host computer system of the magnetoelastic sensor monitor uses the black box test method to carry out the unit test of each module and the overall system test,connect the mobile phone through the serial port and install the packaged Android client software "magnetoelastic sensor tester.apk " The real machine test was carried out.Through the test,the various modules can communicate and operate smoothly and coordinately.No errors were found in the system.In addition,after a large number of tests,it was found that the detection data of the CSFV E2 antibody is reliable and has good practicability.
